Went of their website and found out that this fulfillment center was offering tours and I booked our group for a tour. Arriving for our 10:30am tour, we drove in the facility and Amazon had several large building. Following our Google maps, we arrived at the building for the tour. There were several signs along the way that directed you to the Amazon Tours guest entrance. We waited at the lobby with other tour guests until the tour guides came out, where you showed your ID and they checked you in. We were led to a meeting room and our tour guides gave us a tour overview and rules and we saw a quick film. During the tour we wore headsets to hear our tour guide speak and questions from the tour guests. The processes at the fulfillment center spans from Inbound Dock, Receive (receipt of products), Stow (storage of products), Pick (how the product ordered is picked), Pack (how the picked item is packed), SLAM (how packaged is scanned, labeled, applied and manifested), Ship (package shipping) and Deliver (package is delivered). During the tour, we saw the process from Stow to SLAM. We saw the shelving unit pods and how robots carried the pods to the picker. We saw how a worker scanned and stowed the products in the pods. We saw how workers packed the product into boxes and then it moved down the belt to the SLAM. We saw the Batman robot move bins of products into pallets for shipment to other fulfillment centers. Our tour guide, Chris, was personable and answered our questions to the best of this abilities. Once he did not know the answer, but he went to a worker on the floor for the answer. The tour lasted 90 minutes and we received an Amazon shopping bag as a parting gift. It was an informative tour and now I know how a package gets to me after I select an item and place my order. Be on time for your tour as you cannot join if you are late. No pictures allowed except at the shelving unit pods at the start of the tour.

Holiday train review - Absolutely spectacular and warm heartening experience for our 3 and 4 year…read moreold girls! I don't know what other low rating patrons are expecting... fireworks? High class service? Jazz band playing in every train car with speakers interconnected? We came expecting nothing and ended up having an incredible experience with beautiful decorations well suited for a sweet, memorable Christmas train experience. Online reservations were simple, easy to obtain, and a lot more affordable compared to the exorbant Polar Express tickets. We're extremely happy that we chose this over Sacramento's Polar Express. It's obvious that their staff spent a lot of time putting work into the trains inner and outter decor - beautiful and creative! Parents and adults FYI - on your way to your reserved train car, there's a small bar after boarding the train. It's very important to load up on your magic drinks before heading to your seat. (Drinks.. not drink! But drink responsibly, of course.) Parking isn't far and although limited, it shouldn't be a problem with reservations handled appropriately. We sang a few Christmas songs with the elves, threw snowballs at the grinch (best part, IMO), met Santa, and had a little fun at Santa's (little) village after the ride. Every sip of their hot cocoa (included with your tickets) was warming and delicious, perfect for cold weather. Couple of cookies came along with it, perfect for our kids to snack on. Overall, this was an incredible experience for our kids! Service was fantastic, ambiance was very jolly and felt like home, staff members are very friendly, and the experience is fantastic for all occasions - family, friends, and dates! The memories are ever lasting and hopefully it becomes a core memory that lasts a lifetime. Highly recommended to experience, at least once, for your little loved ones. We'll be back next year!

We were NEVER SERVED ANY FOOD during our 2-hour Tea Train and could barely get water…read more About 30 minutes after boarding we were given hot water but no tea bags. We eventually found our own. Refills of hot water, cream, and drinking water required chasing down staff. After 45 minutes we began asking where the food was, while people in another section of the car had already ordered and eaten their meals. Staff kept saying the food would come "soon." It never did. At 1 hour 45 minutes the staff disappeared, and the train returned to the station at 2 hours. No food and no explanation. I had to insist on speaking with a manager and got a refund. I still don't understand how this could happen.

I've taken over 10 trips with Choirs in different cities, and this was by far the most enjoyable trip. Ross with Storer Coachways was extremely punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the city. Every single time he picked us up, he would stand outside the bus (even when we were not using the undercarriage) and greet all of my students and parents with a smile. He navigated safely and securely through the sometimes busy traffic in San Fran. But most memorably, he left an impression with us based on his professionalism and as a tour guide. Our package did not include a "tour guide", just a bus driver to take us from point A to point B. However Ross would often take out the microphone and describe what we were seeing with much historical background and fun anecdotes. Many times we asked questions about statues, schools, pieces of art etc. and Ross always knew specific and interesting information about them. It was quite remarkable. For example, my cousin who lives in San Fran joined us for part of the day, and he asked me where she taught at - he named the only 3 Jesuit schools in San Fran. I told him and he responded what year the school opened up, etc etc.! So impressive! In fact, with all of his knowledge and friendly stories, he had my chaperones laughing in the front and fighting to sit behind the bus driver seat to talk to him!! The students loved Ross so much that on our second night, when we didn't know if we'd have him as our bus driver for the final day, my students begged him to take pictures with them individually! Ross said "Of course" and stood in place outside the bus, taking a photo with every single student who wanted one. He's incredibly sweet in addition to professional and knowledgeable! I can't recommend Storer enough, and I hope that they are paying Ross a great salary. Give him a raise just in case! :)

Storer rarely answers the phone when there is a need and when they do I have more times than not, been met with an incredibly rude person who talks over me, doesn't hear my concerns and jumps to conclusions. This is the only option for special needs school aged children and it is often what is best for a child to regulate between school and home. We are just asking for Storer to be kind, thoughtful and mindful of who they are transporting and listen to the concerns of special needs parents. They should be ashamed of the way they handle special needs parents and students.
