Despite knowing they were providing substantially less than what I had paid for, they offered no compensation. When I asked what they were going to do to make it right, they offered me 5% (and no, I did not forget a 0). I had to go through Airbnb myself to address the situation. Thankfully, Airbnb reviewed the situation, sided with me, cancelled the reservation, and issued me a full refund. Without Airbnb's intervention, I would have been left paying for a 4-day stay that included a full day without water. What I found most concerning was their complete lack of urgency or willingness to fairly resolve the issue themselves. They knew about the disruption in advance, notified me only 3 days before the stay, and then offered a token 5% when I asked for compensation. The fact that Airbnb had to step in to make this right says a lot. I would not book with these hosts again, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting them to deliver what you paid for.

Indeed, I checked AirBnB and the condo was listed for my exact dates at almost double the price I'd been quoted and agreed to! So, I was left to scramble for convenient accommodation and ended up paying more for another condo near the Stampede center where my convention is being held! Not on, KYAN, not on at all!

The…read morecondo was a 2/2 each with super comfy king beds, fireplace, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, large bathrooms, and an amazing L-shaped balcony with stunning mountain views. One of the nicest places we've booked on VRBO. It was well equipped, down to laundry supplies. Roomy bathrooms and closets. The location is walkable to Bridgette Bar, the river, the farmers market and main street. A dedicated parking spot is included, but beware that it is truly only suitable for a compact car. We had rented a small minivan, and it was a stressful feat to get it squeezed into the space between the concrete post on one side and a vehicle on the other. The office did respond promptly to our call about getting an alternate spot, but none were available. They suggested trying for a spot on the street, but those are very hard to snag. This part of Canmore is extremely busy/congested, and parking is at a premium most anywhere you go. Walking is your best option. Overall, a great condo nonetheless and we would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed a few beers on the balcony as we planned out some of our adventures. The property was very clean and modern. Our suite had 1 king bed (very soft mattress) with two closets, a dresser, and a full bathroom. Another room had 2 twin beds (no windows - which was actually really nice for sleeping as it was often light out when we went to bed). We also used the pull out couch as we had 5 people in our party. It was very easy to communicate with the company via text and we really appreciated their speedy responses. We used the hot tub once, which was really nice. Make sure you make a reservation though. We used the in suite washer and dryer a few times as well. Very happy to have that! We took advantage of the parking lot, which was very easy to get to. The only thing that would have been better was another shower. Overall, LOVED this place! Highly recommend!
