He also then outlines how each product works and what the downsides are of each product and the positives. He also clarifies to me how the game works and consequences if i should have to sell my home, transfer or cancel my mortgage, etc. With his wealth of knowledge and extensive time spent with me on explaining how mortgages work, in particular when shopping for a new rate, i have no doubt i got the best product at the best rate with the most ideal lender for our situation.
