I was refferred to Vaction Experts though a current client and met one of the specialists (Larry)…read morewho immediately was sincere and engaging. He asked all the questions I would expect (where, when, budget) and then really dialed in options for me. I NEVER felt pressured ever which was refreshing. It was my first cruise and was perfect. They offerred insurance and walked me through what it covered. I declined on my first trip but, have opted to purchase it everytime since Covid. It is way better than what the Cruiselines and airlines offer. They went the extra mile of even printing documents, recommending alternatives to the cruisline sponsored excursions were a huge value and super quality as well as many other personal touches. Larry, unfortuneately passed away and now we work with the owner and his daughter Robin and Rachel. They know what fun and relaxation is and bring it to me every single time!

His service was terrible and I will never use a travel agent again thanks to him! Booked flights with misspelt names then blamed me when I asked him to correct them. Booked flights such that two of my children were considered unaccompanied minors which made checking in a major hassle. He was impossible to get a hold of when we had questions, was abrupt, rude and only offered half answers. I had to call the hotels and airlines directly to get answers to my questions. Stay away from this company!

I called this location last week to find out if they take digital Passport photos. The lady that…read moreanswered the phone was very personable and professional. She could tell by the pho e number I was calling from I was most likely a Premium AAA member. All she needed to do was to confirm my first name. The answer was Yes. The additional advantage was no appointment needed. She said just drop in Monday thru Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. There was no cost for this service. Today when I was on the way home from an appointment in Louisville I stopped at AAA. There was a handicap parking spot available right in front of the building. I entered the front door and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She gave me the option of scanning my AAA card or giving her my phone number. I gave her my phone number and she greeted me by name. She advised me to take the elevator to the second floor where someone would help me. I followed the directions and I no more than got off the elevator and was once again greeted by a friendly gentleman that showed me where the photo is taken. He had clear directions posted on the wall with what the requirements were for the Passport photo. After taking and viewing the first photo taken he said he needed to retake it and I needed to make the lower tips of my eats visible. No problem, second photo was and looked really good. Because I have a Premium membership he gave me both print pictures and emailed a digital photo to me. The cost for this service, FREE. While we were there we got maps of West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina for our upcoming trip. Thanks AAA for the five star service. Knock on wood, I hope I won't be needing your road service in the near future.

They have decent rates and pretty steep discounts if you bundle policies together and are a club member. That was nice. The people were really friendly and helpful. And once I got into the place, it went pretty quickly. I would give this place four stars, save for two things. First, it's located at a weird spot that's a little hard to get to. Second, the agent I specifically went out to talk to took a lunch break at 3pm, making me wait forever to talk with her.

They did not get us any money to help with repairs and not only sided with the tow truck company but cowered to them then abruptly stopped replying to my email, even after I was offering explanations and more evidence. They ignored my follow up emails for 6 months. They had the nerve to say they couldn't confirm if my car had a blown transmission, even though two independent mechanics, one of which Audi dealership making that diagnosis. Essentially what happened was the tow truck driver was too lazy to tow the car and it over heated. I had to replace the coolant sensor and apparatus for $1500 then it was revealed that the transmission was blown due to melted clutches. If I as a doctor and someone with the most expensive AAA premier RV membership can't get any respect from their office, how can anyone else?
