The agency helps us shop for various insurance - auto, home, etc. Each time we eve been concerned with a provider's pricing or customer service, Laura is happy to shop options to confirm if another company is better aligned with our expectations. Laura has also helped family and friends that we've sent her way. In each instance, we've been told Laura was friendly and helpful. Often she's found them a better deal. Personally, Laura has been a comforting voice when I've been involved in an accident. In both instances I was rear-ended and alone. She's immediately called me to check in and began making calls immediately to request reports. I am confident she provides this level of service for all of her customers. Want a partner to help you compare insurance? Call Strobel!

Peter, who is a broker and offers multiple vendors, was one of two sources I requested quotes from. He was back to me within 24 hours with proposals with a minimum of hassle; not so with the competition who spent the first 24 hours soliciting various info piecemeal, producing no tangible results after four days. Peter's quotes saved me about 30 percent compared to what I had been paying Nationwide and the process was smooth and quick. My only regret--that I didn't do this a lot sooner.

The initial sale is just the beginning :) After 10 years in the captive world, we started Aspen Ridge Insurance, an independent agency, to better service our clients and referral partners. We specialize in auto, home, life, business insurance. As a captive agent (working for one insurance company), I would sell just that one company's policy. Now, on the independent side, I have a wide variety of insurance companies I represent, so I'm better suited to give my policy holders the coverage they need that's more tailored to their situation.

She could tell by the pho e number I was calling from I was most likely a Premium AAA member. All she needed to do was to confirm my first name. The answer was Yes. The additional advantage was no appointment needed. She said just drop in Monday thru Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. There was no cost for this service. Today when I was on the way home from an appointment in Louisville I stopped at AAA. There was a handicap parking spot available right in front of the building. I entered the front door and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. She gave me the option of scanning my AAA card or giving her my phone number. I gave her my phone number and she greeted me by name. She advised me to take the elevator to the second floor where someone would help me. I followed the directions and I no more than got off the elevator and was once again greeted by a friendly gentleman that showed me where the photo is taken. He had clear directions posted on the wall with what the requirements were for the Passport photo. After taking and viewing the first photo taken he said he needed to retake it and I needed to make the lower tips of my eats visible. No problem, second photo was and looked really good. Because I have a Premium membership he gave me both print pictures and emailed a digital photo to me. The cost for this service, FREE. While we were there we got maps of West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina for our upcoming trip. Thanks AAA for the five star service. Knock on wood, I hope I won't be needing your road service in the near future.
