Hyland had earlier said that they had checked other insurance carriers and found the best price. When I questioned this, they went back and found less expensive policies. Why didn't they do this in the first place? I switched insurance companies and still saved hundreds of dollars.

Then we ask them they want to come back and say we don't send out invoices ok then why did you make yourself the administrator over our account.
