That made me love and trust her even more. This was my first cruise with "Royal Caribbean", and let me tell you once you go on your first cruise they will have you hook to book your next cruise before you even exit the boat back home. I waited for an hour, called the phone number I was given with no response. Finally, at close to 11pm I received a response telling me his driver waited and had to leave. "Sorry for any inconvenience this caused you". I called UBER and am now paying $75+tip for my ride. I am so disappointed & fed up. NEVER again! Don't trust this company, may even be a scam! I asked for the cost to Ann Arbor and was told by the driver $59.00. I agreed and got in with my kids. After driving away I didn't see any Taxi license of any kind. No meter either. Once I got to Ann Arbor and got out the driver then told me $69.00 . I told him he quoted 59 and he argued with me and said well you are giving a 10 dollar tip anyway and it was my fault for not asking if there were extra charges. I refused to pay the extra and told him I was reporting him to the airport. I tried to call Metro Airport and basically got transferred all over and never to the right person. Beware of this guy . I doubt he is even a taxi company. Glad I got to my destination in one piece. Name on receipt was Link Metro Airport Services. Not on the vehicle either.
