The friendly and timely service you receive in unmatched...Cindy provides her personal cell # to you in case there are any problems on the trip!! #3. The knowledge is far beyond what I can find on any website. I was researching this time and thought we found the perfect resort. When I reached out to Cindy to book the resort, she shared that the resort we were exploring was open but not fully open. Meaning many restaurants and activities would not be available. She quickly offered to book it if we were okay with that but offered alternatives that were fully open even though there was limited capacity. We took her suggestion.
