As someone who is usually a type A trip planner and loves having control, it was such a nice feeling to be able to just relax and enjoy the ride. YMT is NOT Customer focused, is not interested in honoring what they put in writing, & is NOT interested in making it right with customers when they don't deliver what they promised.
