Place: Right at the sea front, a rather small, minimalist and a bit rickety place. The chairs (plastic garden chairs) are too low compared to the tables if you are a small person. This makes eating a bit awkward. Opening times in the evening are only from 7.30 PM to 9.30 PM.
Food: Italian, mediterranean, seafood, meat, veggies and the like. No pizza or burgers. The cooking wasn't bad but didn't overwhelm us. The grilled vegetables were actually coal in some parts and the main dishes were consisting mostly of green salad. The portions, especially the first/antipasto courses were definitely too generous. When we got the main courses it therefore felt a bit odd to only eat the fish and to leave the mountain of salad practically untouched because it looked as if we hadn't eaten anything...
Service & Staff: Friendly and helpful.
Costs: We paid €44.- for two dinners (each two courses) and two beers. Seems a very reasonable price to me, though I don't know the standards around here yet. read more
