As a Yelp Elite reviewer, I've had the opportunity to experience a lot of businesses over the…read moreyears, it's very rare I have the opportunity to review a company like this that comes to me and not one I've gone to. This company absolutely deserves the recognition. So I had a move out/eviction and I was left with lots of nice things throughout the house so finding this company was great. What impressed me first wasn't even the pickup and what they did with all the lovely things I was left with in the house, it was how incredibly easy the entire process was. Late one evening, I was able to go online, describe what I needed removed with some photos I had taken and receive a quote, and schedule a pickup time within minutes. The convenience and simplicity of the entire booking process is what made me choose them. The next morning the staff called and confirmed my appointment and information. On pickup day, they arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew was professional, courteous, and treated the belongings with care, even though they were hauling them away. Kinda made me laugh but they handled everything with respect, as if the items had value beyond just being "junk." It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer experience. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and he was a genuine stand-up guy. His integrity is evident in the way he runs his business. During our conversation, I learned he's involved in serving at his church, and it was easy to see that his faith and character carry over into the way he leads his company. Businesses tend to reflect their leadership, and this one is no exception. I wouldn't be surprised if his employees enjoy working for him because that culture starts at the top. I'll definitely be saving their number for future projects and recommending them to friends, family, and anyone else who needs junk removal. If you're looking for a company that's honest, punctual, professional, and incredibly easy to work with, I highly recommend giving them a call.

The whole process was quick, hassle-free, and exactly as quoted. It's hard to find companies that show up when they say they will and do quality work, but they definitely delivered. I'd gladly use Alex again and highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal or furniture hauling.

I live two hours away so wanted to find a company that could handle the job promptly and not charge a crazy price. He helped me get the place totally cleared so I could turn in the keys that day and not have to come back to Dallas later. In and out in no time. His rate was super reasonable compared to all the big corporate chains. I definitely recommend Haul of Fame for any junk removal or hauling needs.
