It has now been two weeks since I reported this incident, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. Because of the lack of accountability, I feel it's necessary to share my experience publicly in hopes it reaches the right people. On Friday, March 13 at 5:30 PM, I was waiting in line to get gas during a busy afternoon. While I was patiently waiting, a driver in a company vehicle (identified as "Elizabeth" or "Liz") began aggressively honking at me, demanding that I move to another pump even though another car was already backing into that spot. At first, I assumed the honking wasn't directed at me. However, when I got out to begin pumping gas, she started yelling from inside the company vehicle, calling me names and saying, "I'm not scared of you, bitch I'm going to beat you up." This behavior was especially concerning given that there was a passenger and an elderly individual in the vehicle at the time. I approached the vehicle calmly to ask for her name so I could report the incident. I explained that her behavior was inappropriate, especially while representing her company. Her response? "Okay, so." I immediately contacted the company to report the situation. Despite multiple calls and promises that I would be connected with upper management, nothing has been done. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone responsible for transporting others potentially vulnerable individuals. I strongly urge others to be cautious and reconsider trusting this company with the care of their loved ones. If anyone from the company sees this, I am still waiting for a proper response. read more

Today we had an early morning at the VA in Long Beach traveling from Ontario. We had to be picked up at 6am to arrive on time for my father's appointments. Robert was our driver and he was excellent. He remembered my dad from previous rides, was friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. I also felt safe with the way he drove. All the staff is helpful and friendly. We met Brad on our way back home, who remembered my father and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Daniel was our driver back home and was also an excellent driver. For my first time taking transportus I was impressed and felt safe knowing my dad is in good hands. Glad I am able to ride with him, his caregiver if I need to attend his appointments in the future. read more

They don't listen to the veteran they don't take care of their vehicles. I was stuck on the lift of a van with over 509000 miles without a way to get off. Complained to patient advocate but nothing has been done. Drivers are complaining also and I can understand why. read more

I needed their services on Tueday to get to Long Beach from the OC. Anna picked me up, she was prompt, waiting in my complex's parking lot, and as kind and solicitous as she could be. She got me to my appointment 15 mins early, and even personally escorted me into the correct building. She is VERY enthusiastic about ensuring her patients get to where they need to be, on time. On the return trip, Brad was just aces. VERY patient and understanding, as I kept the poor guy waiting for qute a few minutes since I got all turned around in the clinic! He was perfectly nonplussed....Got me home very quickly and just a pleasure to chat with. I do NOT understand why this concern only has three stars...They are SERIOUS 5 star service and their service is effortless to use! I will need them again in July, and look forward to it.
