Upon arrival, was greeted by a friendly security officer, given instructions for checking in since I'd already filled out all my forms online. The waiting room was full, I was concerned initially. But, within about 5 minutes of my scheduled time, I was called to a window. The lady that assisted me was cheerful & able to resolve everything. I resolved my business in about 20 minutes.

I do like how you can request titles via online though and they can try and get them in. I don't like the e audiobooks though. Some titles are only available in that format and I like to read!

This office is a joke. Staffed by insulant, non-caring "government employees, who could give a rats…read moreass about your delivery issues. After the third missing package, I visit this office to talk with them about the issues. Nick, the hippy looking rat with the unkempt beard and "I just rolled out of bed without a shower" look (odd as to what his name rhymes with) tells me the packages have been stolen as they have been geo-tracked to being delivered. I tell him, I am monitoring my computer for deliver updates, and no less that two minutes after showing delivered, I walk out to find.....NOTHING. First package, I accept it. Fast forward to the third missing package in a week and I not only smell smoke, I see the fire. You employ thieves. Get your shit together, USPS. No one cares about you. This is why we have FedEx and UPS. To take up the slack your agency has become over the last several decades.
