Upon arrival, was greeted by a friendly security officer, given instructions for checking in since I'd already filled out all my forms online. The waiting room was full, I was concerned initially. But, within about 5 minutes of my scheduled time, I was called to a window. The lady that assisted me was cheerful & able to resolve everything. I resolved my business in about 20 minutes.

You can tell he's not a people person. should have someone else working the front, someone more friendly. the other downside is my sons case being swept into the abiss after 3 months of his approval letter. I had to call about 5 times before someone finally found out who was working the case. I can't even use the back pay due to him being autistic and no need for medical equipment or rehab. we have Jackson care connect and his medical needs are met. so 8600$ I can't use. pretty crappy experience but the security guard was the worst!

Also, FYI the 'post office' inside Tiff's Hallmark store doesn't mail out internationally, so this is the best place to go to in the surrounding area, in my opinion. The gentlemen in the store has helped me mail international packages, fill out forms correctly, etc. Today I found out that I could purchase Global forever stamps for cards under an ounce! They also have a great selection of regular forever stamps to choose from.

After the third missing package, I visit this office to talk with them about the issues. Nick, the hippy looking rat with the unkempt beard and "I just rolled out of bed without a shower" look (odd as to what his name rhymes with) tells me the packages have been stolen as they have been geo-tracked to being delivered. I tell him, I am monitoring my computer for deliver updates, and no less that two minutes after showing delivered, I walk out to find.....NOTHING. First package, I accept it. Fast forward to the third missing package in a week and I not only smell smoke, I see the fire. You employ thieves. Get your shit together, USPS. No one cares about you. This is why we have FedEx and UPS. To take up the slack your agency has become over the last several decades.
