So this is the story of my boss that wanted to purchase locally. I looked on google and found what seemed like a great place. I drove over and met a gentleman as I walked in the door, he introduced himself and said he was the owner. I told him what we were looking for and he went over options. I should have known something was wrong when he said the equipment he wanted to show me was at another sight. What business man doesn't have product he can share in the field and also have some equipment at the show room In case someone stops by. Anyway my I shared what I learned with my boss, he followed up with them and decided to utilize their services. They payed it on heavy on the day of install buying sandwiches for my co workers at work. After all was set up they disappeared and the first time we needed them for tech support they were not helpful at all. It kind of felt like they didn't understand the camera system they installed. Also we have called them several times for other issues and they do not return calls. I hate to speak bad about anyone, but I feel everyone should avoid them unless you like being taken for a ride. Also the equipment is subpar, the time on the camera isn't accurate, and where are they, probably off doing the same to someone else.

I worked with Sue to get some numbers together and she presented several options. Since this was for work, obviously I had no budget to work with. Allegra not only turned the product around to me in 2 days, but printed it in on high quality gloss paper that we can reuse multiple times. Beyond that- I even got a follow up email to find out how the team liked the finished product.
