A group of 29 had been in talks with them back in January and had arranged a coach to take us from Glasgow to Donnington and back, Wed - Monday. A total price was agreed upon and was paid in full immediately. Now with less than 10hrs before our departure a representative from the company has gotten in touch to say that the driver is sick and they have no other drivers. they have sourced a driver from another company but it will be £1000 extra that we need to pay right now. They will not tell us the company's name,website,contact phone number or any details what so ever. It sounds like it is one company that own all these little companies and are looking to line their own pockets. We feel like we are being blackmailed into giving them this extra money and are not going to do so. They have laughed on the phone at us and were conatantly hanging up. At one point even said "we where causing them stress" and are messing us around in regards to a refund. Just a warning incase anyone else trys to book a coach. 100% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Its all start when I request for a bus rental from Aberdeen to Alnwick. We needed 2 busses for some young musician's that was arriving by plane to Aberdeen from Norway . We got an acceptable price and booked it. We also paid 50 present at once and the rest a mounts before departure. The evening before when we push to get the drivers name and phone numbers they ( Mr Henry Luu )just sent a mail were they cancelled the job because they said they had no drivers. Imagine this problem. 40 parents with kids arriving Aberdeen and have no transport at all! To make a long story short, we manage to get a bus from Aberdeen and returning with train to a lot of extra cost. Grand Coaches with their transport manager Henry Luu promised me in at least 50 e-mails that they should return the money I paid. I only got back the money I paid bu creditcard and not the rest. I am still waiting for the rest, nearly 2000 gbp ! I have sent a warning to all my colleagues in American Express travel and HRG and the word is no spread all over. Did a day trip around London on a hop on hop off bus. It was a little difficult to distinguish…read morewhich bus went with which tour but after a while, my friend and I realized we were on the wrong bus lol this particular bus line was gracious enough to show us where the bus line that we're supposed to be on originated. Overall enjoyed our bus ride and tour! Will be more careful next time to read the small print on the bus insignia lol!

The meeting point was easy to find and conveniently located near central London (we met across the street from the Museum of Natural History) at 7:30 AM. We departed shortly after as scheduled. Our tour guide Sinead and driver Richard were fabulous! My main complaint is the bus itself. The seats were very uncomfortable! Secondly, the bus did not have windows, and that day it was so hot in London (80 degrees F/26.6 degrees C), but the air conditioning was not working. We were basically baking inside the bus for 2 hours back from Stonehenge to London! The Stonehenge was beautiful! Definitely a must see!

It also seems that they used a link on Viator; however, booking directly on the website seemed cheaper. + Communication was clear and well laid out on where to meet the drivers. They were especially helpful during an issue that arose when arriving at Heathrow and the driver having issues meeting us at the assigned meeting point due to increased activity at the airport (apparently it was a popular bank holiday I chose to travel on) +Cars/vans used were clean and as advertised +Drivers arrived on time and were friendly + Price - Honestly, it was relatively reasonable, especially given the fact it provided for a smooth travel day for my traveling companion who would have issues on the Tube/trains even without luggage Tips: + When making your booking, make sure you set your pick time for an hour and a half after scheduled arrival time to provide a buffer time to make it through customs and retrieve your luggage if flying internationally. +Make sure to be honest about your luggage that you are traveling with and abide by their rules, especially on shared rides.
