In fact I was so impressed that I called them to remove an old refrigerator, a wardrobe and a couple of smaller items. The girl I spoke to was really polite and answered all my questions and generally had no problems booking a junk removal. If I have to describe my experience with this company in a word it would be brilliant. The employees really knew what they were doing and wasted absolutely no time in other activities. My bank told me I had fallen for a scam where a company takes your payment but does not fulfill their side of the transaction and obtained my refund several months after my initial payment was made. Be warned - avoid this seasoned operator who has nothing to learn - but I have learned a lot about protecting my finances through my dealings with her and won't make the same mistake again!
