Very easy to find & make the hire order for the item(s) one needs on their website, so I've never had cause to call on the phone; excellent customer service in the branch / cheerful & very helpful chap called Dan I spoke to who sorted out my order & even got me an additional accessory I needed that wasn't all that well explained on the website (which made it look like an 'optional extra' that one could click on and hire if one wanted, but was actually an integral part of the system / pressure washer in this case, without which it would not work at all; why they put it on their website as an optional extra, therefore, I do not know) - but certainly didn't detract from a glowing 5-star review for HSS Hire whom I've hired several items from over the years, always having the same excellent level & standard of service each time; can't ask for more than that, eh? Yay! :D

All hammers drills which I had were in bad conditions. I did less than 10 holes and I saw smoke, flowing oil and flashes from inside (and it happened 3 times during one week). I can't be happy with products (hammer drills) which this company provided. I lost few days of works and a lot of time to come and exchange them ...
