This is most disgusting, smelly, lack of profession, no patient care, nonsense it didn't even meet…read morefor patients goals without getting everything prepare for discharge by heading back home. None of CNAs took csre of me for my personal hygiene so it wasn't pleasant stay during my brief stay here only temporary on rehabilitation due to my very severe left ankle fracture complete. I wasn't comfortable after my first arrival after hospital where I had my surgery it was huge mistake from what rehab manager has made a horrible choice for me all I didn't want to come here for every decades after I discovered there was no other options where they can take young patients for rehabilitation except it isn't right place for patients like myself come here take therapy it didn't make sense after big reveal for disorganized every department for rehab, nursing home, dialysis and hospice when I was here kept ask for private room and having open communication it turned out there was rude few CNAs and nurse didn't even know how to speak English until next day I met with nurse supervisor it wasn't helping at all. No friendly type bed for tall people only it has every dwarf and child's size with no comforts. It was never resolved!!!!!!!!! SW, told me too bad sorry there wasn't too much of choice I have for my brief stay. Horrible foods and lacking of menu nothing let patients make his or her choice without check out for food allergies it was never arranged and brought up every gross smell of dead fishes! Beware, please don't let rehab manager from hospital put you here, send your loved ones or family member be here!!!!!! At the end, I'll never come back here and give this place just zero star for not treating anyone like human. This building should be tear down!

A nurse's aid even dropped him off the bed and he had to be rushed to the nearest hospital with a possible concussion - thank goodness he was ok. We got him out of there as fast as we could - I DO NOT recommend this facility in any way.

Based simply on the nursing staff, especially the overnight staff, this place is horrible. I've med…read moreone doctor, several therapists and other allied health professionals and either they were great or pretty good. But the first night I was here, the nurse assigned to me spoke minimal English and my knowledge of medical Spanish is non existent. I'm lucky we understood anything we had to say to each other. I had a CNA yesterday who gave me the talk to the hand gesture as she walked away and avoided me for hours because I misunderstood what she said so when I followed up, she was offended. Then she refused to deal with it professionally when I tried to explain we misunderstood each other. I was very careful to tell her "what I heard you say was..." and she took it to mean "you definitely said....". Implying I could have heard her wrong. I've been here since Tuesday evening (it is now Friday morning) and ever since I entered the hospital last Friday, I have been loudly self advocating to have all my medications given to me, not just some, at the right times and right doses. I've never had to work so hard in my life for that. Yesterday I ask for a certain medication only to be told I was given it on a previous shift. Don't dispute what I have to say. You weren't there. I wasn't offered it. I want it. They are arguing with me that I got it. I thought we finally got it straightened out for me to take it at 9 am. So, 5:15 this morning a woman is yelling at me to wake up, is upset with me then I am less than pleased, and denies I am supposed to get said med at 9. Ok, fine, maybe the med log wasn't updated. But she started yelling at me and is upset I got mad because she's yelling? And then she's yelling at me to stop yelling? And I just had it out with a CNA that was yelling so loud at another patient across the hall that I heard her in my room very clearly. It was the second time I heard someone yelling at him and telling him he is not allowed to get out of bed. It looked like she was pushing him down onto the bed. So I shouted at her to leave him alone. She said she isn't hurting him. I insisted she was being verbally abusive. She did t realize I could hear her across the way with my close. She came to explain herself to me and why she did it, as well as the CNA about a half hour before. In the process, she's telling me why it is an issue that he shouldn't be getting out of bed. HIPAA has been violated- I know too much about his medical issues. Update: Just spoke with the social worker. When I asked how often the doctor showed up, he said he couldn't remember if it was every month or every two months. And he agreed it was quite possible I could leave here without ever seeing him. That is absolutely ridiculous.

I always write reviews, so other would know ahead of time and will not experience what I went…read morethrough, anyway when I arrived at miami shores rehab for my leg, they put me in a room with some man sleeping on the floor on the other side of the curtain swearing and saying racial stuff,I asked to move,so I was moved to a room with a gentleman like person, at least I thought he was but he kept me up talking to himself and calling for nurses and one night a CNA came in a beat him up to change his pamper, I even ask her to open the door due to the smell, she cursed me out, telling us find Jesus. Later the food director came and ask me about what foods were good for me,named Manny which was very professional, and that Saturday cook was a great cook, restaurant style. As for the wound care great job,and was healing my leg,so they moved me to another room so I could get sleep, then Friday 4-18-26 they purposely put some man in my room on his side of the curtain he peed everywhere and smelled like he didn't shower in years so I complained asking them to give him a shower, in stead of trying to solve the problem the so called overnight supervisor became mad at me ,so I was telling him that I will go back home, this morning the director of their operation transfered me to the beach rehab, which she did me a favor but it starts make back over dealing with a new organization, if you are smart think twice before you put your people in this miami shores rehab some of there staff are very lazy just like this so called director pawn me off without asking me my side of things, just being bias and assuming and not asking me what happened, she will assume the same way with your people when they stay at this place, note there are some good people, but a lot of slackers, and laziness as well as fake staff ,one minute smiling then like a snake lying behind your back to save their jobs. Yes ,I made complaints ,which I have the rights too,I paid for that treatment
