Long intro - I was dog sitting for a lovely dog who had a lot of issues with other dogs. It occurred to me that dogs can be communicated with effectively by certain people who have the gift. Not sure if Shannon can actually communicate with pets but she certainly did not communicate with mine. She misdiagnosed/misgendered my cat and made recommendations for herbal supplements (including liver pills for humans!) without actually seeing him or being a vet for that matter. She also told me he "didn't want to be here anymore" despite being verifiably wrong about everything else. I had to carry that thought around for weeks. What if I had put him to sleep thinking he wasn't going to get better and was ready to go?? Or poisoned him with supplements that were inappropriate for his condition? Luckily he is much better due to an increase in his medication for a chronic illness (which she did not pick up on). This strikes me as a highly unethical practice and I hope if you have a sick animal who needs communicating with you will look elsewhere. read more

I contacted Shannon after my cat ran away from home. Shannon is very calm, kind, and helpful. It felt like talking to an old friend. She gave a very detailed account of what she saw as well as good advice for how to get my cat to come back home. She calmed me down by saying he wasn't scared and was still around the area. Keoli is great. I had an issue with my cats. They did not want to use the pet door to the balcony, and I had tried for months to teach them it was ok to go out if the flap was down. Desperate, I reached out to Keoli as last resource. We did our 30 mins session over the phone. All she requested was a picture of each cat. She immediately got a great understanding of each of my cat's personality, what they do, and how they feel towards things and people. She told me the issues they communicated to her they had with the door. I know some people don't believe in this, but I swear, and my roommate can testify as well, within 3 hours of speaking to Keoli my cats were using the door like they always knew how.
