Not sure if Shannon can actually communicate with pets but she certainly did not communicate with mine. She misdiagnosed/misgendered my cat and made recommendations for herbal supplements (including liver pills for humans!) without actually seeing him or being a vet for that matter. She also told me he "didn't want to be here anymore" despite being verifiably wrong about everything else. I had to carry that thought around for weeks. What if I had put him to sleep thinking he wasn't going to get better and was ready to go?? Or poisoned him with supplements that were inappropriate for his condition? Luckily he is much better due to an increase in his medication for a chronic illness (which she did not pick up on). This strikes me as a highly unethical practice and I hope if you have a sick animal who needs communicating with you will look elsewhere. read more

I contacted Shannon after my cat ran away from home. Shannon is very calm, kind, and helpful. It felt like talking to an old friend.
