I also had plenty of length and fullness to achieve the look--I've included photos of how my hair looked straightened before the appointment, which clearly shows the density and length I came in with. What I received was completely different. My hair was cut with extremely short, choppy layers that removed a significant amount of thickness. The ends were over-thinned, leaving my hair looking uneven, shaggy, and nothing like the full, blended look I asked for. It honestly feels like I lost a large portion of my hair. This was not a minor miscommunication--it was a drastic and irreversible change that does not reflect the reference photos I provided or the condition my hair was in before. What's even more concerning is that the stylist acknowledged during the appointment that the result was not what she expected and admitted fault. Well around 2-3 pm they rushed towards the end ended up just blow drying my bangs and front portion said I had good products to do the rest of blow dry on my own. So I paid 280 plus I tipped 40 almost 320 for an incomplete service and not leave with my hair like I deserved when I walked out. It was misleading in the end so I won't be coming back. Everything else was ok just the mere fact that I go to a salon to get my hair done for a partial and haircut yet they do a half job towards the end knowing how hard it is to bring a baby. I was disappointed that I had to rush home to blow dry the rest of my hair when I paid $320 to have them Do it.
