Please do not book with Delfos! What a bad company. They got me to the airport way too late even though I told them when my flight was scheduled. I ended up missing my flight, had to pay 75 USD and missed my bus in Peru as well which was another 10 USD at least. At the airport office they assured me a refund if I write to their email address. They responded to the first email asking for my flight details. Then they realised that I was right and stopped responding. Sent like 5 emails, no respond. Very disappointed. Worst customer service. read more

Bought a return trip (@ 10% discount) at the time of the initial trip: big mistake! They never showed up. Wouldn't even answer the phone. Had to find a taxi at the last minute. Don't use this service! I think there are better more reliable van services available. Wouldn't buy the return trip ahead of time again. read more

This service is terrible! We waited for them for 45 minutes to be pucked up to go to the airport and they didn't turn up. If you do not want to miss your flight DO NOT USE DELFOS! read more

The Transvip website does not allow for quick communication with reservations. In my experience I found the individuals I worked with at Transvip to be terribly inefficient and careless. It should be renamed transgarbage because this is how they treat customrts. It takes many days for them to respond to issues, and they are unwilling to support their customers with conflicts. When I had to make a change to my reservation, it was nearly impossible to get customer support. I changed to Transfer Pampa and had a much better experience. I would avoid Transvip at all costs on the future.
