My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when we visited Santiago, Chile. In sum,…read morewe had a so-so experience. Pros * Convenience - literally across the airport * You sleep well. You do not hear any plane noise * Good wifi reception * Decent food at restaurant * Provided extra towels and firm pillows upon request Cons * Understaffed reception area. They never answer phone calls from room. One has to go in person to get service * Shower doors do not close properly. Hence, water flooded floor. Requested assistance but no one came. * Iron in room did not work * Day tours or Uber are unable to pick you up from hotel due to proximity to airport. One has to take airport taxi (right across hotel) to go to Santiago. Tip: The terminal for international flights is behind the hotel. The terminal in front is for national flights.

Some members were unable to check their bags because of the time so some stayed behind to wait for the next flight and booked a room at the hotel, we were then not allowed to bring our family bags into our room because everyone's name didn't match with the registered guest. We had to move them and pay to store them in the international terminal. It cost us $500 to store the bags at the airport. Cellular data does not work inside the building and you must give your email to get onto the hotel wifi. There is only 1 restaurant which is only open during certain hours so we had to eat at the airport when we were very hungry at 4PM and the restaurant wasn't open until 5. They do not have any porters to help you with you luggage. They don't provide conditioner and the shampoo is cheap and awful. The TV has several apps but they don't provide any login. The channels don't work either because the signal in the building is weak so it very glitchy and pauses frequently; and the room is expensive for what it is- over $150/night to look at the airport parking lot, no water for the coffee machine, no refrigerator, no proper bathroom supplies, and be treated rudely. If it weren't convenient ad I short on time, I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. If you have the time, please take it from me, a world traveler, go somewhere else.

This is an interesting hotel. It didn't start off great because we couldn't figure out where the…read morefree airport shuttle is supposed to pick you up at the airport. It's not like your typical American airports where shuttles pass by and you wait on the curb. Instead they keep it a secret when you book your reservation that the pickup place is some random parking stall in the garage. So strange. So we get to the unmarked stall (C22) and we are waiting with like 10 other people. The van comes and the driver said he can only fit 6 people, and he has a list of people who made a reservation for the shuttle. How the heck are you supposed to know to sign up for a spot on the shuttle?? So we try to ask him if we can put our names on the list for the next shuttle and he just like waves us away and is kind of rude. He said he'll be back in 50 minutes... or 15... he never clarified even though we asked. He comes back in about 20 minutes and takes the rest of us to the hotel. It was definitely a wild ride to the hotel... The hotel isn't that far from the airport, but you can't walk... We finally get into our room and it's nice enough. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The AC was easy to turn on and we figured out the lights. I'd definitely give this place another try knowing that I need to make a reservation for the airport shuttle. And I know where to find it.

We stayed here for a night to transit from Patagonia to Atacama…read more The free shuttle service offered by the hotel is crappy. We were extremely tired from the long journey from Patagonia and yet they made us sit in the van for at least a good 20 mins, hoping to fill up the van before taking off. We tried asking them at one point how soon can they leave (we almost got off to take a cab instead) and they just gave us a hand signal (whatever that might mean). The room itself was tired and old....and so was the bathroom. Definitely not at Hilton standards. The next morning, the shuttle service was late and didnt even gesture us despite we were waiting out front....terrible service. Next time, I rather stay at the Holiday Inn, which is literally outside the airport, than to deal this. Not recommended!

I believe this was 2 km from the airport…read more This hotel was mainly chosen due to the proximity to said airport. I mean, we arrived around 9:30 PM, and we knew the car rental companies would be closed. Figured we might as well stay nearby to then return the following day and get our rental car. It was a plus, too, that this hotel had a free shuttle service with Transvip. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that the shuttle only comes once every hour. As we were exhausted from our day of flights, we bit the bullet and paid for a taxi. The hotel itself is nothing special. Pretty basic things, although I was surprised that we had a bathtub in the bathroom. As for breakfast, they have an American style buffet, and meh - it was nothing out of the ordinary. It maybe even was poor, but when you're in a foreign country and kind of stuck, it meets the criteria for substance. Staff was pleasant and kind. When checking out, we had no problems returning to the airport for our rental car. Recommend for a short stay but not much else. Certain areas are closed off due to COVID-19 protocols.

The room was spacious and clean for a budget hotel, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. There's not a lot around so we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It was ~$10USD per main. We paid $28 for two mains and two bottles of water. The food wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either. Service was friendly. WiFi was good too. It's a budget hotel for sure, but a decent one!
