This is an decent hotel just across the street from SCL airport. The rooms are clean, cozy and in good condition. Good security with full time people at the front and security gate protecting guests on the inside. I don't know if this is all needed but it sure makes one feel better. Wifi is fast compared to anything else I experienced in Chile and comes free with the room. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant and bar. The restaurant has an ok, not great, breakfast buffet which I feel they overcharge for. You can just walk across the street and try your luck at the airport or Uber somewhere. I being laze just at at the hotel and enjoyed it enough. I never did try the bar and maybe there's a gym too.

Such a convenient location, located right across the airport. good place to stay while during transits. Just have to cross the street to reach there and even can take the carts until that point. Fast and easy check-in, servers are very helpful and can with good English speaking skills. Modern decor inside. Spacious room, huge and we requested a room at the back side, so wasn't noisy and we got a good night sleep. There is a nice restaurant and bar area in the lobby. We had dinner in the restaurant it was pretty good. Plenty of options - local food, pizza, pasta, drinks.

A little pricier than we are used to, but you can't beat the convenience factor of being able to walk to and from the airport. Makes early/late flights much more tolerable.

Very convenient to the airport, really just across the street with a modern look to it. Staff was friendly and professional when a large group of passengers all showed up at once. They were quick to attend to everyone in a timely manner. The lounge area is modern and comfortable. The dining area and bar is also convenient. Food there was surprisingly decent. The pumpkin soup had a decent flavor, but was obviously reheated with a thin skin formed on the top. The croutons were typical manufactured, from a box but nonetheless tasty. The roasted chicken came with a generous helping of mushroom risotto and was delicious. Unexpectedly pleasant for a late night dinner at an airport hotel. They also have a decent selection of beers and teas. For the room, it was updated and modern with a frosted gliding door for the bathroom (which seems cool until you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it lights up the bedroom). The toilet and shower were separated by frosted glass doors as well which gave it a modern chic look. It was a nice design but more for aesthetics then practicality. The shower had a modern drain, flat floor with a gutter in the far edge with a drain. In theory, it was a nice design, kept the floor flat and continuous, no need to have to step on a drain while showering. It also had a great waterfall shower and let plenty of water down at once. Unfortunately, the shower drain in my room was clogged and the shower began to overfill. There's no edge or lip to contain the water and even with the shower door closed, the water managed to seep out and flood the bathroom and eventually pour out into the room. Again, not a well thought out design. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable with soft sheets, fluffy pillows and fluffy towels that you expect from the high quality hotel. Wifi was also surprisingly fast which was a definitely plus after being on Easter Island with very poor connection. I would give this place a 4 star, if not for the flooding bathroom, which I'm sure was a rare occurrence.

This is an interesting hotel. It didn't start off great because we couldn't figure out where the…read morefree airport shuttle is supposed to pick you up at the airport. It's not like your typical American airports where shuttles pass by and you wait on the curb. Instead they keep it a secret when you book your reservation that the pickup place is some random parking stall in the garage. So strange. So we get to the unmarked stall (C22) and we are waiting with like 10 other people. The van comes and the driver said he can only fit 6 people, and he has a list of people who made a reservation for the shuttle. How the heck are you supposed to know to sign up for a spot on the shuttle?? So we try to ask him if we can put our names on the list for the next shuttle and he just like waves us away and is kind of rude. He said he'll be back in 50 minutes... or 15... he never clarified even though we asked. He comes back in about 20 minutes and takes the rest of us to the hotel. It was definitely a wild ride to the hotel... The hotel isn't that far from the airport, but you can't walk... We finally get into our room and it's nice enough. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The AC was easy to turn on and we figured out the lights. I'd definitely give this place another try knowing that I need to make a reservation for the airport shuttle. And I know where to find it.

We stayed here for a night to transit from Patagonia to Atacama…read more The free shuttle service offered by the hotel is crappy. We were extremely tired from the long journey from Patagonia and yet they made us sit in the van for at least a good 20 mins, hoping to fill up the van before taking off. We tried asking them at one point how soon can they leave (we almost got off to take a cab instead) and they just gave us a hand signal (whatever that might mean). The room itself was tired and old....and so was the bathroom. Definitely not at Hilton standards. The next morning, the shuttle service was late and didnt even gesture us despite we were waiting out front....terrible service. Next time, I rather stay at the Holiday Inn, which is literally outside the airport, than to deal this. Not recommended!

Pretty standard middle range Marriott property. If you've stayed at a residence inn category hotel…read morethis is similar. We stayed here twice in the same week while traveling domestically. The free airport shuttle works although not always on time - pick up on 3rd level gate #3 - helps to communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp (airport WiFi works near the gate) in case it's late. Checking in seems to be strictly 3 pm. King room is not bad, was told it's an upgrade, quite large with a couch and sitting area, very practical set up with plenty of surfaces to put stuff on. Wet bar with fridge and microwave is convenient. No hot water kettle however, just a keurig type coffee maker. Being a tea drinker it's useless, plus of course there's no tea just coffee pods. Overall it's clean and bed and pillows comfortable although sheets a bit thin and don't feel like cotton. Breakfast was ok with a few hot dishes, not the most tasty - eggs, veggies, potatoes, rice - variety of pastries but at peak time kept running out and not replenished. The biggest surprise was luggage storage which is not free - $10 per piece regardless of size or whether you are returning to stay at the hotel. Although a bargain compared to what the airport would charge (about $25 per piece). Wifi worked ok in room. We had lunch one time in the cafe as well which was adequate, Caesar salad was a bit in name only but it was fresh, pasta a bit overcooked and rather bland, however price quite reasonable.

Knowing that the city…read morecenter is about an hour away from the airport, we decided our best option on this visit would be stay as close to the airport as possible. City Express was just perfect for us, about 8 minutes by shuttle. PRO TIP the shuttle on Delfos is free. When you exit the baggage area look for door number 4, the Delfos desk is just to the right and they'll give you the free voucher to board their shuttle. Easy, once you know what you're doing :). We arrived super early around 10am and were pleased to find our room was ready. The room was basic, but well equipped with a hair dryer, iron, etc. We were waiting for our tour pick up so we opted to just eat lunch at the in hotel restaurant. The food was surprisingly good, and the place got quite busy around 1pm! They were happy to arrange the free shuttle to pick us up at 3am to head to the airport. Great stay!
