I have had and do have a lot of sports injuries and have been in and out of rehabilitation for them. I've seen many different specialist, wellness workers, massage therapists, and with many physical therapists to repair my body. It's always takes some time and a lot of pain but eventually I've progressed to normal. The process was bit easy and it was expensive. Then I was referred to Elisa at TTM and it was life changing. She has worked miracles in my recovery and has decreased further injuries by working out these tender areas. This has reduced my visits to other wellness center which has saved me money but the true wealth I have gained is being relatively pain free. In my life I've always seen the need to take care of my body through treatments of various ways which has lead me to LMT's across the country in some of the most exclusive or expensive practices in North America but this wasn't like any of those. Those felt good and sometimes great but this healed. This pushed life back into my muscles and joints and brought back a range of movement I haven't seen since pre-injury. Elisa does great work. I had some minor acute injury that caused chronic stiffness. I looked for someone local and found Elisa. I walked in cold and walked out having regained agility and mobility. Oh, and I felt better too. For some stupid reason, I thought I could stop going once the stiffness was resolved. The vagaries of life and the lack of consistent conditioning caused the stiffness to return. So now I need to start going again. Trust me, Elisa's fees, which are very reasonable, are a small price compared to the way you'll fee. read more
