The bigger issue is the lemon vehicles and lack of honesty or value in this business. They sold us a Buick with a check engine light on, swearing for over a year they would take care of it. We even bought their useless repair coverage and they still did nothing. They took our money and left us with a vehicle with a torn down engine. There's literally no excuse. Absolutely predatory and disgusting behavior. You can't get ahold of anyone 75% of the time. Took it in for the check engine light multiple times and they would just take it to some shady ass place to pass emissions and give it back with the light still on and a pile of excuses. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out.
