The watch repairer at The Clock Doc simply replaced the batteries. They are as good as new. This was also the case with my watch. It cost nothing for a quote from The Clock Doc, and $300 to fix rather than the $600 that was quoted, at a cost of $50 for the quote. My watch band is currently being quoted at no cost for repair - it will either be fixed or replaced at a reasonable cost. Another repairer said I would need a new case for my watch at a cost of $1000. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Canberra for watch repairs other than The Clock Doc.
