Requested a quote for my ride a couple of days prior and never got one. Although the service was prompt, there were issues. The driver was holding her phone for navigation while driving, in the rain, and almost turned in the wrong way as she left Madison Blvd. for the airport. Additionally, she charged a rate higher than the stated rate on the website and fobbed off when I raised it. She also stated that she hoped for a big tip. The cab was shabby, with the tail pipe making a noise and the headliner was held up by about 200 thumb tacks. She also implied paying by card was a problem, hinting at cash. She had to call the owner and phone in the credit card info., which took time and seemed silly for a business. My cost was $35 before the $5 tip. You do the math.

She hung up the phone when I called back to find out why she hung up she said she didn't have no cabs available anymore. I'm going to miss my kids appointment all because she didn't communicate correctly. Bad attitude.

Stay far away from this cab company!…read more Three days before Christmas, 34°, finished holiday Kroger shopping @ 10pm, and called Huntsville Cab for a ride home. I was told 20 minutes, and after an hour, I called back - they said they were on their way. 25 minutes later (Kroger had long closed), I called three times - no answer (they must have Caller ID). Since they wouldn't answer my cell, I launched my Xfinity phone app and called again from my home number - Gotcha! - they hung up, twice. After one and a half hours of waiting in near freezing weather, the driver finally showed. He was apologetic, and I didn't take it out on him, I knew it wasn't the driver's fault - so I tipped nearly 100% - the last penny they'll ever see from me.
