The service was fast despite how busy they were, and several tacos were on special for only $3. The tacos were packed with filling, meat tender and flavorful, and tortillas were homemade. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. My favorite items were tacos Al Pastor and Gringas with crunchy cheese outside. Both incredibly delicious. The frozen watermelon margarita was also a standout and paired perfectly with the meal. It wasn't overly sweet. Great food, great atmosphere and great value, at least on Tuesday's haha... Sometimes when you build an anticipation for something long the experience ends up disappointing. I'm happy that wasn't the case here. My expectations were met and more. The fish tacos were excellent. The Mahi Mahi was fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if it was caught that morning. And the tortillas tasted like they were made in house, not store bought. My wife's carnitas bowl an son's carne asada tacos were also phenomenal. I was considering a beer but decided to go with a margarita instead. The waitress suggested the watermelon margarita for a lighter refreshing taste. I went with it and she was right, refreshing m, light but with a slight punch. Went down smooth. I'd like to try the regular margarita next time. Service was friendly and the food came out quick despite it being packed the day before Thanksgiving. Ambaince is fun. Great place to hang out but also family friendly. Definitely don't skip this spot when in Culebra.

Our waiter was incredibly nice and quick to explain menu items and give recommendations. The food itself was delicious. On top of that, the restaurant was decorated beautifully and gave a very nice dinner vibe. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I recommend checking this place out!

Each taco had great flavor, and everything came out fresh. The chips were served with three salsas--a mild, a mango habanero, and a spicy--all of which complemented the meal well. The atmosphere was relaxed, with lots of families dining and the World Cup playing on the TVs. It would be a great spot for a quick meal while passing through, a casual date night, or to grab drinks with friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was quick without feeling rushed.
