The first time he and his assistant came by, I voluntarily paid him an additional $20 more because I told him the leaves were going to be a pain due to the yard not being mowed in 1.5 weeks. He had to borrow my extension cord, the lawn in the back had chunks that hadn't been mowed and he raked up the leaves in a pile for me to pick up. The beds surrounding the lawn had not been blown out at all and they were still full of leaves. I decided to let this go because they'd probably get taken care of the following week. Week two came and he postponed due to rain and said he was going to come by two days later. In good faith, I fronted $47. He said he started, but my yard was never touched. For two weeks, it was one excuse after another and finally, I hired someone else. I Venmo requested my $47 refunded and again - multiple excuses, and nothing.
