I have to say Megan gave me the best massage today. Her technique, touch and professionalism was outstanding. I left there feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have allot of lower back pain, hips and feet discomfort too. Honestly Megan helped to release allot of that negative energy from these places. First time in months I have felt this good. I've booked another appointment and looking forward to this next session. Thank you so much! read more

I called Megan while I was on vacation to schedule a massage. It was much needed as I work at a computer all day and have extreme tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. Megan's therapy techniques put me in a complete state of relaxation. I fell in and out of sleep probably 8 to 10 times during the massage. Her massage studio is also a therapeutic environment with the scents, lighting, music, and ambiance. She also used a series of oils to help relieve the tension I had in my neck. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. Since I come to the outer banks every year for vacation, I will be sure to contact her again for another appointment whenever I come back to visit. It was the highlight of my week. read more

This was absolutely a great decision. I booked my appointment in advance to my arrival to OBX. Megan was pleasant on the phone and found a date and time that worked for me. I chose the 90 minute Swedish and the add on scalp massage. This massage was WONDERFUL! I was looking to relax, not a deep tissue. Pressure was perfect. I'm no stranger to having a massage, but today was the first time I fell asleep on the table. Megan's hands are magic. The massage room provided great ambiance for ultimate relaxation. Megan hands down is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. She uses so many modalities and has the hands of an angel. Her massages are functional and very relaxing. I work hard and I'm constantly damaging something. We are on vacation right now and haven't been able to do much because I hurt so bad. So why not get a massage? Bet thing I've ever done. I guess it's true that god puts certain people in your life. The only negative to the massage is that it had to end. Megan I can't thank you enough!!! read more

Called the day before my appointment and scheduled a 60 minute massage with Megan. She promptly confirmed the appointment with a text follow up. It is no frills reception area and a spacious and comfortable massage room. She made me feel comfortable and asked if I wanted to have the temperature adjusted and turned on a fan. She did a amazing job providing a relaxing (I may have dosed off) and rejuvenating massage. It is a no frills spa but the massage and price is spot on. read more

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage during our vacation and it was amazing. We both enjoy very different types of massage when it comes tot pressure. Megan is amazing. During our recent vacation to the Outer Banks, my husband and I needed a massage to relax and truly heal from the crazy hectic summer. Worried we would not be able to book anyone for the weekend since it was already Friday night, we frantically reached out to Megan. She was so sweet and accommodating. We had a couple's massage that Saturday afternoon and it's was excellent. Both Megan and the other therapist were extremely skilled and wonderful people. Afterward, we felt so relaxed, at peace and full of life. This was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Megan. read more

If you are looking for a way to relax and a break from the sun, go visit Megan at Tranquil Touch Massage. The location is very good and has a lovely atmosphere. On this occasion she came to our home to do massages for my husband and me. Megan is very professional and is knowledgeable in her craft. She is trained in many techniques including some medical therapies. She asks good questions and is happy to make any adjustment or make suggestions for certain problem areas. We both felt relaxed and refreshed after our individual 90 minute massages. We will definitely visit again as we frequent OBX a few times a year. Thanks Megan. read more

I called Megan while I was on vacation and booked an appointment for my husband and me. My husband has chronic neck pain and has had 2 surgeries. He also has a lot of arthritis pain. He needed a focused message. I, on the other hand, wanted a nice relaxing massage for emphasis on my upper back and shoulders. Megan was absolutely amazing! My husband got such relief because she listened and focused on his specific issues. She was so professional, so pleasant, and so welcoming. I highly recommend Megan and cannot wait until we return to the Outer Banks so we can see her again! read more

We are visiting here for the first time in quite a while and decided a massage would help. I have been to many Massage Therapists and when I went to Megan I found another world of Massage Therapy. She listened to what I needed and proceeded to give me the best massage ever. She was sensitive yet firm with her touch and hit the areas with an adept handling I haven't experienced before. So when I came back and told Michelle she said she would try it. So the next day I took her there and when she came out she said the same exact thing I said that it was the best massage ever. Need I say more. read more
