    I've been with Ohio health for several years and had a MyChart for several years and have never…read morebeen able to communicate with my doctor on it.. just recently after working a 12-hour days in a row they were calling me and I had to communicate with them and I even put in the MyChart to please make it so that I can communicate with my doctor because every time I'd go to send a message it said I wasn't able to send a message to anybody.. so I begged and begged and begged in one of the technical areas to please fix the problem so I can communicate with my doctor.. nobody replied nobody cared.. my doctor kept calling me throughout the whole day and because I was on the phone for 12 hours I couldn't communicate with her so I tried again the very next day to communicate with her on my chart I wasn't able to.. I then try to get to communicate the following day and begged and begged and begged at the technical assistant would fix this.. it still wasn't fixed.. this is what they say on their MyChart..."Communicate with your doctor, get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home, access your test results.". This is a complete lie.. they put me in the worst position here I couldn't even communicate with my doctor and I begged and I begged and I begged please make it so that I can send a message to my doctor on my chart.. they completely ignored me.. nobody replied nobody even cared.. find me what I did was said take my whole MyChart down I will never use it again completely remove the whole thing I will never use your service again and now I will have to call in for everything and I will never be able to use a service that they supposedly provided for me when I needed to communicate with my doctor the most important things I couldn't even get communication to her when she kept calling and calling and calling and I couldn't get to the phone because I'm working... How dare you create a system that's supposed to streamline communication and not allow a very important communication to be given to my doctor when she's calling me.. after I begged and I begged and I begged for you to fix it.. clearly the IT department should be replaced. I even submitted requests in the MyChart for technical assistance and it was completely ignored!

    Horrible service! And, that's saying something since I have a high threshold for incompetence. The…read morestaff was nice, but Dr. Narvel is a poor excuse for a doctor. I went to see him for results uncovered in an MRI where they found a small tumor in my neck. I also am having severe neck pain (unrelated to the tumor) with radiculopathy in the left arm and shoulder blade. He recommended getting a CT scan and was to put in the request with the James Cancer Center. One day passes, and I check in with the James. They never received the request. So, I had to call the doctor's office to see if they'd put in a request for the CT Scan. They claimed they did but would "fax the James" right away. Magically, the James had me in their system after that. Oh...hang in there...I've got more reasons why Narvel is useless... I get a notification in the mail from my insurance provider rejecting my claim for a CT Scan. This happens the day before the CT Scan. I couldn't skip the CT Scan, so decided to sort all the financials out after. So I called Narvel's office and left a voice message. In the answering message, the office threatens to push your call to the back of the line if you call sooner than 72 hours AFTER your initial call. So I waited. The radiology report for the CT scan came back and I can't make heads or tails of it. So, I waited...and waited...and waited. And, you're probably saying, "Why didn't you call him?" The thing is...I did. And, got NO return call. Apparently, their answering machine is for looks, because it clearly isn't there to serve the patients. Again, I call the doctor's office to get some closure on the insurance rejection and the CT radiology report. To which the phone rep at his office told me my insurance company needs to fax the request for the MRI report. Yet, Narvel's office is at fault! They should've filed this with the original CT Scan request. Next thing, shouldn't it be a priority for the doctor to get back to a patient in a timely fashion who has something that could be potentially cancerous??? Not to Narvel. He couldn't be bothered. I can't make sense of a radiology report nor am I going to Google my answers. When I called today about these issues, they wanted to know if I wanted to book an appointment. For what? So, Narvel can waste everyone's time some more. Now, here's the part that will make you see why I believe Narvel is a trash doctor. I went to him for the lump in my neck and for pain radiating down my arm (from an unrelated issue). This clown didn't think I'd review his medical records. He completely and totally filled in whatever he was feeling like at the moment because he claimed I was "having headaches" and "no radiculopathy." Really? Because I could swear I NEVER said anything about headaches since I don't get them. And, I also said my arm pain is greater than the neck pain due to nerve issues. If that's not radiculopathy, then what is it??? If you go to Narvel or have gone, I encourage you to review your medical records. It's abundantly clear he's not competent nor conscious enough to adhere to the Hippocratic Oath. Do NOT under any circumstances go to this clinic. You'll get better care elsewhere.
