I had purchased a UV Light/water filter, Water Softener over a year ago and After a year the UV light requires the bulb to be changed. I called them up and Cory came over right away with a new UV light and changed my filter. I recently Called to have them service our water system due to VERY low water pressure; they were able to come the same day and identified it was the Pressure tank bladder. Clearly explained what was going on and fixed the issue promptly along with removing the mixing water value and now I have added water pressure. They have also found out the root cause of water coming from my furnace and cleaned out the condensation pump saving me money on purchasing a new one. Cory Frank and Arlene has gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations and I will be using them again. I would personally recommend them to anyone especially those living in the country with well water. They were able to send someone out the next morning even supplying a time frame of when to expect them. I met Dlyan and I was able to explain what we thought was the issue. After listening, he worked very hard to restore our water. However, it was beyond what he could do on his own. He was thorough and explained all the possible solutions. Dylan then took it upon himself to call the office and see how quickly we could get on the schedule. We were able to get it scheduled quickly, and Dlyan came back with Austin to repair my water line from the well to the house. Everything was explained and what was involved in the replacement of the water line. They were even able to move a tree out of the way to be replanted when the job was done. I really appreciated the effort to save my tree. After working all afternoon, past dinner and into the evening they restored our water! I can't thank Dlyan and Austin enough for all the constant problem solving and keeping me updated. We were very thankful to have water again. They kept their promise and returned on the next business day to finishing backfilling the trench for the water line. Plus, they replanted me tree. For a water emergency, that level of communication was really disappointing and customer service lacking.
