The problem with this place is Sara Ingram. She must run the place as she was never a provider I…read morewas seeing here. Without your consent or knowledge she will bill you as a phone visit for asking for an order to be sent to Simonmed and claim medical advice has been provided.... The unsolicited medical advice that a nurse does not need. Not only that if you use insurance she's not in the same tier as Tate or O'Donnell so her copay is more.... Yet you'll never know that. So not only will you have a fraudulent appointments on top of that you'll get charged double the usual copay. All she needed to do was apologize and own up to her mistake. If at any moment she would have said I'm making this an appointment I would have immediately hung up and wasted my time at an urgent care. It's embarrassing as a nurse to know this is how a nurse practitioner chose to behave and treat patients. Find yourself a provider that wants to help you cause it's not her. Due to standing up for myself as O'Donnell encouraged me to do so, Sarah kicked me out. This was after being told several times they would talk and that Sarah would reach out to me. I've since found a new place that isn't ran by a shady person. It's a shame since Tate and O'Donnell were great but unfortunately when Tate is not in it's Ingram covering and this is the kind of problems to expect.

Joey has really made it more than just a place to workout and offers some amazing meditation sessions as well as sauna and ice bath. It is a place I would recommend anyone visit to grow in their personal wellness.

I've been seeing Joey for training for about a month now. I had a few friends that had been attending for months and had ranted and raved about the place. They invited me to check it out on numerous occasions but I opposed and made excuses: cost, no time, & I thought what I was doing (running, spin, combat classes, and soccer) was enough. Till the day came when I injured my knee. I couldn't run, I couldn't spin and I had to quit soccer. I was super sad, then lazy, and with a wedding around the corner with me as MoH I couldn't afford to sit around and do nothing. I even work at LA fitness and couldn't get motivated to do anything with fear of causing more damage to my knee. I had to do something. I met Joey and was instantly drawn in by his positive and motivating energy. One bad day later I called him up and made an appt to go in to burn off some bad energy. He worked with me and my bad knee. We talked about goals and such. He encouraged, and motivated me. I was hooked on O.P.T. We worked out a schedule and cost, smashing my excuses. That night after my first session with him, and his referral to a physical therapist, I signed up for the Pat Tillman run feeling confidant that with his help I could run pain free. Joey is so passionate about his work and his people. He puts a lot of time into his personal training sessions and is considerate of each persons need/wants/injuries. I love this place! I really can't see myself ever leaving. The people here feel like family. My O.P.T family. Let's gooooooo!!!
