Because of the angle of his adventure, it took longer than expected to fix. They initially were going to bend it out but it wouldn't hold the tail light so they replaced the entire fender. They also touched up a couple of other small spots that I had pointed out to them. They kept me up to date as they worked on it and the final result is awesome. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. I hope to not need auto body repair in the future. If I do, The Auto Body Shop is where I will return!

I took them to be cut and expected a hassle or high cost given experiences at other dealerships. When I arrived the sales men were helpful in getting me back to service where I was told the cutting fee was $6 for both and it would be a few minutes. Everyone was smiling and friendly throughout this process. The gentleman who cut the keys even offered to program them for me. He did that and then I asked what a replacement lens would run as ours fogged from a burnt bulb. He got me a quote and install price printed promptly. This is a small interaction, but a great one for me.

After making the purchase, I went thru with a few big concerns with my sales consultant, Gayla Porritt. She listened and I was able to walk away with a happy purchase. I assured them I would rate them the best if they addressed these concerns as I wanted to be a satisfied customer. They came through for me! Usually we have some deeper scratches or upholstery stains that require more skill and attention, and F & R has always restored them excellently. I cannot say this about 2 other local shops I have tried in the same time period who were cheaper and had a shorter wait to get an appointment, but missed spots and one even got water into the fresh air intake which caused mildew to form. End of story, there's a reason F & R has a wait even when not being the cheapest - it's because they are still the best value!

They also forgot to clean the headlights. Like I said, they did a great job cleaning and waxing, but stealing change? That is not acceptable and I will advise people not to go there.
