Dr. Kim was extremely personable! I was impressed immediately from the fact that she was the one to call us back from the waiting room and do the X-rays herself after taking time to explain what we might see on the new X-rays. She ended up getting SIGNIFICANTLY better images than the ones we had from the other office and was able to prove there was no cavity. The other office was ready to put a crown on that tooth and sealant on all the other molars costing us over $600 AFTER the membership discount from the package we paid for for the year. Where the other office seemed very corporate and all about how many patients they could see at a time and jumping the gun on charging us for unnecessary procedures based on horrible images, Dr. Kim couldn't have been more opposite. She has a small office with only a couple of exam chairs so she can offer more personal treatments. And it really feels like she cares more about your child's dental health than how she can profit off of you as a patient. We will recommend Dr. Kim to any and everyone!

As a mother, I was very concerned. Tongue ties are getting diagnosed more and more these days and I was scared at the possibility of getting the laser treatment dentists offer. We asked the pediatrician what they thought and they sent us to sumner pediatric dentistry for a proper opinion from someone who has seen it before. I was warned several times that a lot of times facilities can over diagnose to get money out of parents by just doing the procedure. To say I was nervous is an understatement because I'm a new mom with my first... I felt at ease the second I got into this office. The staff was so caring and sweet and took a genuine interest in my little one. The dentist looked at my son's mouth and gave me so much honest advice coming from a father himself- and not just a professional. He was honest, genuine, and insisted on only doing the procedure if he thought my son needed it. He said he thought he was thriving as is. I couldn't thank him enough for looking out for my son's best interest and mine as his mother. The staff could not have been nicer. The front desk was super efficient. You are able to fill out forms online which is awesome. Our wait was short and the waiting room was very nice and kid friendly. The front desk explained everything in detail which is always nice when you have several forms to sign. My child was so anxious that he wouldn't lay down and started crying. The staff was very kind and explained everything to him. We did move to a private room (which made me a little less embarrassed). Both the hygienist and the dentist were very gentle and patient even though my child was not cooperating at all. I would definitely recommend children's Dentistry of Gallatin.

I call them and Heather said "it is not their job and it's my problem to deal with insurance" in a rude email that she sent me. The lady in the office called my insurance and confirmed that it is covered only to blame the insurance for not covering a specific type of filling. Said most policies do so I didn't ask for that specific one but it is my fault not theirs. Sent it to collections and now won't return my calls. Scammers at the highest level. Will never go back there and do not recommend anyone else to go. Find a trustworthy dentist to be into that isn't looking to cheat you out of money. Never had such a terrible experience before with a medical provider.

No xrays were taken. I was told they would secure my xrays from previous dentist and they would contact me. It has been over 4 weeks and no response. I know I have 2 cavities but again I never heard from them again .[only to receive a paper bill ] When I checked out I asked if I owed anything and was told no ! When I called to dispute the bill I received no resolution.

The staff (not sure of their credentials ) who do what my former dentist would have done in Texas do not listen to you and my Invisalign pegs continued to fall off or the glue to keep them on covered multiple teeth. I tried to give them the benefit of mistakes happen and went back 3 times only to be completely disappointed. I have fully paid for my Invisalign and will have to pay another provider to fix what they did wrong. It's unfortunate.

Poor decision on my part. Been in nothing but pain for over 6 months now. I became severely ill with two gum abscess's most recently after leaving the office when they were discovered. Don't believe I received the quality of care I deserved. 3 temporary caps came loose the last 6 months. I wasn't offered any incentive to return. I will not. The only positive was the office staff. They will be missed.
