We had a great experience with everyone in the service department at Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo…read more Admittedly, it had been far too long since we'd brought our trailer in for an inspection, and the service team did a wonderful job walking us through everything that needed attention. They were patient, helpful, and didn't even make fun of any of my very dumb questions! They kept me updated throughout our trailer's stay, which I really appreciated. When we were finally able to pick it up, they took the time to walk us through a few simple items and made sure we understood everything. After we got the trailer home, we did have one issue with the barn door coming off its track. I contacted them, and they immediately offered several options -- either bring it back at our convenience so they could fix it or receive a refund for that portion of the work. We really appreciate a company that stands behind its work and makes things right when there's an issue. A big thank you to Javier and the entire service team for taking such good care of us and our trailer. We'll definitely be back

We…read moredecided that a 5th wheel would make a perfect tiny home when we visit and to travel around the country in our retirement years, splitting our time between the 2 locations. I looked for over a year comparing prices and floorplans and found the right RV and best price at THRV in April... a Wildwood Heritage Glen 286rl. We settled on a price and booked a quick trip from Hawaii. It was worth it! When we arrived, the team at THRV had the RV prepped and after a thorough inspection we closed the deal, hitched it up and have been in love with it ever since. It had only a couple minor problems that were quickly resolved. To everyone at THRV, the sales team, service group and admin staff for making our purchase so easy and being so helpful a big ALOHA!

But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We appreciated him doing that for us!! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! It was a very pleasant experience! We were there from 8:30-10:00am and drove off with our fixed trailer with smiles on our faces! Thank you Pismo Sky River for going the extra mile and working as a TEAM to fix our travel trailer!! We greatly appreciated you all! Hugs from The Carscadens and Lilly!
