As a result my weight distribution hitch was completely off and I didn't have tools to rectify that. But the amazing staff and techs at Teton had me sorted in short order. I wish I was better with names but there is a "seasoned" shall we say, tech, and his "young apprentice" (no slouch in his own right) were absolutely fantastic. Now, I used to be a professional mechanic myself so I notice little details and these guys are top notch technicians I can tell you. All the staff were fantastic and if I'm ever back to Idaho Falls I owe them a box of donuts!

He tried several things, calmly explaining what he was looking for and needed me to do, investigating every option before we discovered the issue. Even when my internet went out and lost the camera, he pressed on. I'll definitely use Bish's again. (Ultimately he couldn't fix it because of a wild eff up from a previous tech (not Bish). It's the stuff you just can't make up!)

I was told I needed a wheel alignment and agreed to have that done since there was one car on the rack and I was next. Four hours later the car was ready. As I was getting in the car, I saw a greasy hand print on the light colored fabric on the drivers seat. My radio station had been switched and no more than a block away my check engine light came on. I returned to Grease Monkey where I stayed for another hour as they tried to figure out what happened. After over an hour and no one making eye contact, a tech came out to tell me all of the screws in my air box were stripped and a new one would be ordered. They said they would order a new one and call me. I called the store mid week and asked if it was ordered and they said no. Was going to get ordered, I asked. We're talking about it was the reply. So, after five hours in their waiting room, over $250 spent, I have a car with a check engine light on, stained upholstery and a ruined airbox and the 4th of July weekend coming up. Things happen, but the lack of respect Grease Monkey has shown me as a customer and my car is unacceptable and disappointing.

They said the battery was dead and they couldn't do any further testing without a new battery. They send me an invoice with several parts that needed to be replaced. I was confused so asked for clarification-- on one hand, they said they haven't done any testing at all, on the other, they wanted to replace several parts - total bill $2300. I ask and they reiterate that they need to replace the battery to do the testing. At the same time, they admit that they aren't sure if all those parts need to be replaced, but still asked for me to approve the work. I authorize the battery change and testing on their online app assuming that they'd replace the battery and we could continue with the testing... I did NOT approve the part replacements because they made it very clear that they weren't sure what needed to be replaced. A week later, I've heard nothing, so I text them back. They closed the ticket because I wasn't a good fit for them -- I guess asking questions about your vehicle is too much for these guys to handle. End result - we've been without a car for a week.
