My own auto insurance coverage, The General, made everything ao much more painful and unnecessary than needed to be and i was very much feeling lost with this horrible experience. By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. I can say that they were the light in my dark situation and I'm definitely a fan. I never EVER felt like they weren't giving 1000% to put me first, from Valerie at the front desk whos stayed after hours several times just to make sure she got the customers concerns documented recorded and contacted, to her family and Shannon who was nothing short of personable relatable and forthcoming, to those behind them that work their magic to bring it together. I felt nothing short of comfortable and well taken care of. They completely changed my experience of what I was currently going through and now I'm also a fan for life. Blessed be the people that work at this shop

Recommend you do business here!…read more I didn't purchase a vehicle, but I received the most helpful customer service in a time of need. I broke down during a cross country trip. I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn't get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day. Thank you, I really appreciate it. I was in need of help and you guys went above in beyond

Briefly spoke to our sales person and confirmed we had a free service. I go to pick up the Expedition and I'm charged full price for the service. I ask the guy in charge of the shop and he gets heated really fast if there isn't a physical coupon no free service. He even made the lady that was checking me out uncomfortable. I don't care that I had to pay for the service but the managers reaction was ludicrous and our salesperson didn't follow through. Say what you mean and follow through.

Avoid EC Auto Repair in Elk City, OK. We limped in with a…read moreblown turbo and were met with confusion, severe incompetence, and shady pricing. The issue was obvious, yet staff struggled to diagnose it, couldn't handle basic information, and entered our diesel truck as a gas V10--then wondered why parts didn't match. We were quoted $2,800 with no clear itemization. When we supplied our own part, labor mysteriously jumped from $180/hr to $248/hr. They also tried to tack on $300 for an oil change, another $300 for unnecessary fuel treatment, and a questionable $98 "shop fee" they falsely claimed was required by Oklahoma law. The promised loaner vehicle suddenly turned into a rental once we pushed back on pricing. At that point, we decided to do the repair ourselves--it took about 12 bolts and basic tools. To top it off, the owner became aggressive, attacking me while trying to get my keys and called police while we were finishing the job. The officer was professional, but it says a lot when police are a regular presence there. Bottom line: Disorganized, dishonest, and hostile. This shop appears to take advantage of out-of-town customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. Every local we talked to said to steer clear of this over priced and shady place.

Matt, aka our guardian Angel, came out and looked over our tires and informed us that the belt in driver's side front tire had separated and we needed to get fixed immediately. You are truly an Angel in disguise.

After doing everything that Doug in the service department at Leachs asked me to do I still had no hot water. I spent an evening in the rain on the ground with a flash light and the owners manual trying to figure out why I have no hot water. After deciding that I needed to make my way from highway 81 to I40, I struck paydirt with Matts RV Sales service and parts. I've been with my husband for 31 years and had never met anyone who knows everything about their industry like my husband does, UNTIL MATT! Are you freaking kidding me? He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it before he even stepped near our rig. I am so impressed with his work ethic, customer service and kindness that we have decided on our way back, we will contact Matt and have him do the work on our rig that Leachs failed to do as well as create problems for us by not doing what they were paid to do. Do yourself a favor. Stop in and see Matt. You won't be disappointed. Whatever it is, he can fix it. Absolutely the best.
