I spent an evening in the rain on the ground with a flash light and the owners manual trying to figure out why I have no hot water. After deciding that I needed to make my way from highway 81 to I40, I struck paydirt with Matts RV Sales service and parts. I've been with my husband for 31 years and had never met anyone who knows everything about their industry like my husband does, UNTIL MATT! Are you freaking kidding me? He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it before he even stepped near our rig. Gus answered and told me if I could make it there safely, which I could so we drove slowly to his shop. We included my spouse, 3 kids and dog. Gus and his team were able to get both tires replaced while I took care my kids. The tires cost me $75 each (mind blown!). A little background info, we left California due to my job and that's why we are on the road to North Carolina. Haines Wrecker (excellent service, very friendly and helpful) towed car to next town over to Larry's. This was on a weekend. We rent3ed a car and kept going, called Larry Mon am. He looked at it and found the problem (right front drive shaft), ordered part and had it fixed by the time we drove back through Elk City on our way back home. Never met him, handled everything over the phone - car was fixed perfectly, for a reasonable price, and he made sure it was ready for us. Outstanding service and we never even met (picked up the car late at night).
