The Harpe family are amazing people (owners). Today when I was greeted I got offered a bottle of water, and they communicate very clearly, and effectively when I tv comes to telling you what's going on with your vehicle, which I appreciate. Hands down, my favourite place to get an oil change. In the winter they offer to call wan your mats, they top up your fluids. They have also replaced my windshield wipers, which was so convenient for me. Eternally grateful for econolube!

went and had an oil change done on a brand new truck. they removed the skid plate not even a week…read morelater the skid plate was hanging off. it was very clear that they had over tightened a bolt and tore the skid plate. when I called and then went in it was excuse after excuse. and they refuse to fix the problem that they caused. I had tried this place when it first opened many years ago and had similar issues. and I haven't used them since. out of convenience I took my new truck there and the same issues. will never use them again and would NOT recommend to anyone. if you want to protect you "best asset" as they say don't use great Canadian oil change.

He wanted to order breaks for me and set up an appointment right away to have them done. I told him I already have a good mechanic. Two weeks later at my mechanic I find out that my breaks are at 50-60%! He lied to my face. Also they stripped my lug nuts to the point they fell apart. I am so thankful for my mechanic! The next day I tried driving my car back to the same Mr. Lube and barely made it to the door when the car died. After waiting for an hour or two the workers found that the oil filter had fallen out of the car and was operating with no oil. I got my car towed to a mechanic where they found that the engine was completely seized up and my car was undriveable. It is worth noting my car had no prior issues to this oil change. I contacted one of the owners, Jatinder Turna, who was completely unwilling to provide any help, compensation, or even take responsibility for the damage his establishment had done to my car. He even refused to meet with me to discuss the issue. I am now left without a car and wondering how does one fuck up an oil change this bad?

Tried to return the rubber but was turned away due to the fact I left the property. I was stuck with $1300 rubber I could not use. When I questioned the price of the labour he did not sound inexperienced in quipping back, "Oh, that's an algorithm. I don't know why it does that. I'll fix that" and he brought the price down. If this is an algorithm, the implication was that his system is set up to do this EVERY time. ONLY if the customer complains he will manually correct the algorithm! Also, it was pretty certain we knew what the problem was when we brought it in but they still had to charge a whole inspection fee and labour? I don't know of other mechanics that do that when the problem is not difficult to diagnose. No wonder mechanics get a bad rep and I could get into this place at the drop of a hat when my trusted mechanic was unwell, and that the a place like Econolube with 5 star ratings couldn't get me in for 2 weeks.

I just love his name. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and they will offer you a coffee while you wait. The garage itself is fairly clean with lots of bays, an alignment machine and several technicians available. They charge on-par rates with other local garages and may be a bit more expensive than some small back alley shops, but they don't feel grimey like some cheaper places do. Overall I found them to be honest, direct and most of all polite to their customers. I trust them to work on my vehicles. I had brought my old Ford Exploder there and they treated it, and me, very well. I even had a comeback and they investigated it properly. Turned out not to be their fault but they still decided not to charge me for taking the extra time to investigate a battery issue. I would recommend family here without hesitation.

I thought whatever, family owned business So what if its a little strange support the locals right? Well turns out the boys were the ones working on the cars! These kids are doubtfully old enough to get an apprenticship, which is why the work is so cheap. If your desperate enough to need cheap work I get it, but I went to a reputable auto shop shortly after getting my tires flipped from this place, and was told my tires need to be rotated. Why? I asked, because whoever had put them on have put them on wrong. The customer waiting area was filthy, condiments every where, dirty couches.... Its all kinds of sketchy, and if you still have a warranty, don't void it getting work at a shoddy place like this...

Initially the service was great. The staff got us in quick and did a flat repair for us while we…read moreattended a meeting. When we returned we discovered the tire tech did not know he had to engage the tire change mode on the Jeep's Uconnect to protect the air suspension system. The tire being changed was the driver rear and now the air suspension for the drivers rear was damaged and had to be replaced. We have had this happen previously and had to replace this part as a result ($2000). Owner was impossible to deal with he took zero responsibility and made several claims about how the part was worn out and when we told him that part was actually relatively new he told us to go get warranty from the suspension provider. Warranty was void because Fountain Tire had not engaged the tire change mode on the Jeep's Uconnect to protect the air suspension system. We were open to reaching a cost share with Fountain Tire, but the owner was impossible to talk to. I'm sure this place is fine if you only have to deal with the staff but good luck if something goes wrong and you have to deal with the owner. Currently have a case with the Better business bureau over this.
