My car wouldn't unlock with the tool pulling the interior lever or pushing the unlock button. Jerimy went the extra mile and snatched my keys with a hook tool and pulled them out through the window to unlock my car.

September 9, 2022 Last week we were in Berlin Ohio and had…read morean issues with the drive shaft universal joints. We were sent to Valley View Repair from a recommendation from the motel we were staying at. The mechanic took time out of his busy schedule to diagnose the problem which was spot on. We mentioned that we were from out of town and did not even have a vehicle to use. They said that they were scheduled for the next week but were kind enough to fit us in the next day and even gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the day in Amish country. It was repaired by mid afternoon and the repair bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone in the Berlin Ohio area.
