I moved away for 30 years and had good ENT doctors but none as exceptional as Dr. Chastant, and I was living in New York and Los Angeles. Fast forward 30 years later, I am back in Lafayette, my home town which I'm for the most part allergic to, and I am the patient of his son, Dr. Ryan Chastant. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Both Drs. Chastant have a remarkable way of dealing with patients. They are both, warm, friendly, empathetic and so knowledgeable. Their staff are exactly the same. Friendly, courteous and always treat you as if you were their only patient. I've never felt I was in any better hands than these. They had me try five different medications just to get me out the door, then refused to refill any of them without another return visit. Most were basically OTC-level meds that would've required another $300+ appointment to get. Absolute scam. They're still sending me bills for that one visit, and I think I'm up to $700+ now. No X-rays, no testing, nothing, just a basic visit.
