My husband had used this attorney a couple of times for tickets in the past and Mr. Vizcarrondo had always been successful with his cases. When I called the office the staff was very professional. I was told the fee and what to expect. I don't remember the exact fee but I do remember that I was pleasantly surprised when I heard what it was. If I had to guess, I think the fee was $59. I just gave the office my ticket number and they were able to look up all of the rest of the information. I then gave them my credit card over the phone and my attorney was hired. This week I got the results of my hearing. The matter was dismissed in its entirety, I was not liable for any additional fines, costs, and points were not assessed against my driving record. The nice aspect of this office, as compared to larger traffic ticket attorney offices or chains, is that you always know the attorney that will help you. In the future I will be more careful on the road, but it's nice to know that Felipe Vizcarrondo is there if I need him.

Don't get trapped with these amateurs, use a ticket clinic!!!

A woman from the office called me back, and from the second she spoke, she was incredibly condescending. When I tried to ask a simple question about fighting a $158 red light camera ticket, she snapped at me to "just pay the ticket." When I asked for a bit more clarification, she actually said, "Listen, I already told you twice what to do." I couldn't believe it. I'm a potential client looking for legal help, and she's talking to me like I'm a nuisance. She clearly didn't care that $158 is a lot of money to most people. She even acted annoyed that I didn't know exactly which county Aventura was in (it's Miami-Dade, but still). If you want to be treated with any shred of respect, do not call this place. Total waste of time and a really poor way to run a business.

There are plenty of "ticket clinics" but I saw some great reviews for the Traffic Ticket Team and decided to give them a call. I paid an initial $80 or $90 (I don't remember, but it was under $100) to the firm and they said they would contact me if they needed further information or once the case was seen in court. They did let me know that there was no guarantee in the case, which is completely understandable, and based on past driving history. (For context, I had no tickets on my record in the past 4 years. My ticket stated the fine to plead guilty was $350+. Also, in the state of Florida if you fight the ticket and are found guilty of driving over 90 mph, your fine may reach up to $1,000. In addition, some judges will suspend your license, plus points, driving school, etc.) About a month after receiving the ticket, I received an email stating that the judge had ruled very favorably in my case, and I had to pay a $231 fine to the city I received the ticket. I was NOT convicted of the violation, did NOT receive any points on my driver's license, and I was NOT ordered to attend driving school. This means there was NO conviction or points assessed to my drivers license record. In addition, the fine I paid to WPB was less than the ticket originally stated. THANK YOU, Jason Diamond, Esq.
