Once, when we had a very loud person above us, they helped and found a third floor apartment to move in. They always threw fun parties and events for the residents. The clubhouse was very large, clean, and always had candy and coffee. You could use the large gym and nice pool to hang out! The patio was very nice and the pool heated year round. I swan every week in the winter! The apartments are mostly upscale and have stone counters and nice finishing. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, all your appliances, and a nice porch. Large closet with the base unit. I do wish they could have put speed bumps in the property to cut down on the speeders. Overall a nice place to live. Try to get a third floor north facing the farm field.

I always appreciated the open space and mountain views next to the apartments, the quiet due to low traffic and good soundproofing, a beautiful pool area and amenities, free beer on tap the last two hours of every office day, LEED-certified buildings, and thorough and efficient maintenance. I was a little skeptical when the ownership changed in early 2025, but they have very much won me over. We have beautiful new exterior paint, updated lighting and sinks, etc., and the office staff are friendly and responsive, with regular, comprehensive email announcements as well as promptly addressing individual concerns

I have been here about 10 months and have renewed my lease for reasons, I will explain later but…read moregenerally would have not. Its important to note, you MUST give them 60 days, while they give you about 3 weeks, tops to make a decision on renewal and their terms on renewal. First things first, the maintenance team is the best I have ever had in all my years of renting. So much so, my dogs look for their golf carts when walking the premises because they love them. The office has been helpful and prompt, in the capacities they can. Unfortunately, they are the middle people - much if not all decisions are being made by Equity Management. All that said, I find myself generally frustrated with the way many residents treat common spaces. The vast majority of tenants are college or young folks being roommates with ZERO common courtesy. Or family with older children with ZERO care for other. I luckily live on a relatively quite and communal floor ( I know my neighbors well enough to have their phone numbers). Rent is generally higher and advertised as a luxury, but there's nothing luxury when you have various big box stores/fast food restaurants built in walking distance. Tenants treat much of the common spaces as a dorm building, summer are worse because the pool area becomes a tailgate for people that do not live here, making it impossible to enjoy the pool as a tenant. Perhaps, convince is a better word to advertise Savannah Nine Mile. In addition, and I would say probably more importantly, the amount of dog feces that is left behind by people is absurd. There's plenty of dog stations ( bags and garbage bags) around the property ( about 8-12) for people to still feel empowered and negligent and leave their dog shit behind. Too many let their dogs have diarrhea (YES!) in areas right outside the main doors of buildings, ( like in the rocks of walk ways- this is OFTEN not a here and there emergency a dog had) causing a giardia outbreak for many tenants. I generally just find myself incredibly irritated by the lack of concern and care for other. Also other things to consider when making your decision: - took 8 months to fix the only exercise bike in the gym. - most of the year, the BBQs were down and took months to fix only to have them break on repeat. I suspect some of this is a tenants, that do not clean the grills before and after. -hot tub took several, maybe 4-5 months, to repair hence all the updated low review recently. Many tenants are furious that we are nickeled and dimed for everything but are given lip service for the vast amount of time is taken to get things fixed but no credit is given to the tenants - but you better make sure you pay bills on time! - Some building/s are having rodent problems. Lastly, what I will say about the management company is their practices seem a bit off. Upon my renewal, when I made a case for my rent being about 100-150 dollars more as a current and returning resident, then other rental with more sq feet, I was given the option to move units, rather than work with me to adjust my rent to a reasonable price to match the incentives given to new tenants plus the much lower rent. I was able to keep my rent as is, but i'm still paying more than units currently advertised. This is also including unit that would be close to my lease end date. Suggesting I move floors, seems nonsensical knowing most will not take the option to pay a few hundred bucks to move floors. For that, I'll hire movers to leave all together. I don't see this as a long-term living resident, but personal circumstances keep me here. I will come back in a few months to share updates on how Equity deals with the very candid review should they reach out. Lastly, the building does have an internal 'facebook group' of sort where much of these grievances are shared.

In particular having an issue with a neighbor who refuses to leash his dog and it's caused concern for safety and there has been extremely little action done. Also, the dog ferociously barks intermittently throughout the day and into the night. The excessive barking and high energy attacks towards the glass doors as you walk by, whenever ANYONE (staff, delivery people, neighbors, visitors) walks by, and it's a ground level apartment facing a huge parking lot with multiple storage units... it's going to break through one day. We are literally afraid for our safety, our neighbors and our own leashed dog's safety with a neighbor who continues to let his dog run free when it displays this behavior all the time, and the dog will run up to you. The dog isn't even collared. There has been 0 change from this neighbor, and an extreme lack of communication / concern by management. It should be a concern for management when you feel unsafe walking past a neighbor's door. We also felt tricked into moving in; apparently a 2* bathroom is not a 2nd bathroom. And the unit was hardly turned over and was dirty on arrival. Paint chipping everywhere... feels like the landlord special but worse.

Never missed a payment, never been late. We showed up genuinely optimistic, thinking this could be the two-bedroom we've been needing. But from the second we walked in, the experience was a joke. The red-haired woman in the office (never introduced herself, of course) was unbelievably rude. She talked down to us like we were a problem just for walking in the door. It felt like she was actively trying to make us uncomfortable, like she was annoyed we were even considering renting here. I've never walked away from a leasing office feeling more disrespected--and I didn't ask her any questions because her attitude answered all of them for me. Turns out the friendly "person" my girlfriend had been talking to before the visit--"Cindy"--wasn't even real. It was an AI chatbot pretending to be helpful. And honestly, that tracks. The front office is only open a few hours a few days a week, so good luck getting help if you actually live here. Probably because no one wants to deal with the property manager's behavior for more than a few hours at a time. Now, let's talk about the scam. $500+ in hidden fees nowhere listed on the website. Mandatory fees for valet trash service--even if you don't use it. You have to pay them to pick up your trash from your door. And they actually try to sell this like it's a luxury feature. Same with their key fob system, which they pitch like a benefit. But the truth? If that fob battery dies or the tech glitches, you're locked out. No backup key. No emergency solution. Just hope your leasing office is open--which it probably won't be. The apartment we toured was trash. Water damage under every sink. Bugs literally painted over on the walls. The balcony gate was broken and left wide open to the sidewalk. No deadbolt or interior lock--just that easily compromised electronic fob. They're charging over $2,000 for this. I wouldn't pay $600. It's one thing to offer a run-down unit, it's another to treat people like they should feel lucky to overpay for it. The 3-star rating? Fake or filtered. There's no way this place earns that kind of reputation honestly. This is exactly what's wrong with renting right now--disrespectful staff, tech gimmicks that leave you vulnerable, and endless fees stacked on top of a subpar product. Avoid this place. You'll thank yourself later.

We've never had any serious issues, but any concerns we've had, we can just go to the office and mention it and the office staff make sure it gets handled. The maintenance staff are also amazing!!! After barn swallow nesting this spring, they not only pressure washed our porch to get rid of all the bird poo, they also put up netting so the birds wouldn't be able to come back!! The community spaces and grounds are well-kept and clean every time we use them (from the gym to the pool to the mailroom). Overall, just an excellent community to call home!

First issue was paying…read moreway to much for a 1 bedroom apartment and they raise rent even more, wouldn't been so bad if they were consistent with the services that they make you pay for. For example 30 dollars is added to rent for a community fee for them to hire people to clean, in these pictures people leave their dog poop everywhere and it's so embarrassing when guest come over and they smell strong urine and smell and see dog poop all over the community. You pay 25 dollars for valet trash pick up and most of the time they skip the building or leave peoples trash in the hallways. Elevators are either getting maintenance on and if they are working they are disgusting, snot, hand prints and dog urine most of the time. Hallways never get cleaned just gets sprayed with cleaning spray to mask the smell and a lot of urine stains. Robert Sheppard "Bobby" works with the leasing team very very inappropriate and unprofessional with my girlfriend on the phone blocked her number from the Camden phone list. He has laughed at my girlfriend over the phone and hung up on her. We also had been sexually harassed by a man at the dog park and Camden did absolutely nothing about the situation just had a meeting with us telling us we shouldn't have defended ourselves basically. The appliances inside our okay. The vanity in the bathroom was super chipped, the floors were scratched up, the kitchen counters were super cracked, and the garbage disposal smelled like fish. That's when we moved in. This was just our experience everyone's experience is different. If you do decide to live here just think real hard before moving in. Lots of money and when you move in they will be asking for more money. Looking forward into moving to an apartment that's 1640 in a very nice community with the same luxury appliances with a better apartment team. Do better Camden.
