I was in the shop yesterday, and bought a beautiful glass cylinder oil-filled candle that has monarch butterflies suspended on delicate branches inside. You can burn the candle at the top, of buy a light to shine up through the bottom, illuminating the candle. There were quite a few candles to choose from, with different motifs, it took me about 10 minutes to choose the size and design I wanted. I plan on going back to the Rusty Rooster today. I want to buy one of the candles for my mother-in-law, and also look around some more. There were so many items, I'm sure I missed a few gems. Also, I must mention that the owner and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I have been traveling quite a bit over the past few months through the western states; and this is, by far, my favorite shop.
