Stopped by after the Emery Go shuttle dropped friends and I off at Emeryville from the Marina. It's bigger than the one we have in Clovis, CA, but probably just as big as the one we have in Fresno, CA. Service was great as it always is. My friend bought bananas and we each left with a 99 cent non viral trader joes bag that had the golden gate bridge on it. Ambiance is chill like any other trader joes

Love Trader Joe's! I stop here for flowers usually before visiting with my mom, and today was no different. Well the service was different. About the flowers...they and the plants were of high quality and the price was really competitive. I didn't have a lot of time today so that was my only purchase. Today I purchased beautiful tulips! About the service...the young man who waited on me was abrupt and hurried. That wasn't my usual experience, and it caught me off guard. I was trying to put my change in my crossbody bag, and he didn't have the patience to wait before shoving the flowers at me. I was so surprised I asked if he was in a hurry? Not going to hold it against him since this isn't my typical experience here so 4 stars it is.

Horrible experience on Apple Maps it showed that they were open but once I get there they were closed and I saw some of the workers laughing at me and pointing

Cool layout, fit a store into an unusual location. Store had the usual Trader Joe's food l and name brand items. Organized. Found what I needed. Decent bathrooms. Excellent customer service. EV charging stations out front.

This is my first time to this Trader Joe's in Emeryville. Was on the hunt for small snacks and light breakfast. I really like their Cold Brew coffee, and just other odds and ends to bring back home to Honolulu. They have really simple toiletries, groceries, at inexpensive prices and the friendliest cashier's. Literally next door to my hotel, no need to walk far or carry a huge load of stuff back. Located in a strip mall I don't even know the name of the shopping center, but they have plenty of parking in front. Be cautious as there were a few people loitering in front of the shopping carts wanting to ask you a question about something you'd rather not want to answer.

    Must try 4.9.21

When I walked to enter Excellent customer service. I was greeted with a warm welcome and great. Miles. Than one of the employees offered me a cart. It was very nice to be greeted. While inside I was offered help all through the store. This was just what I needed. I found everything I needed the store was extremely clean. Everyone that was employed there was cleaning and stocking their areas. They moved out the way to allow everyone to shop. My overall experience was a pleasant one. Thank you

My beloved and I were doing some errands in the area so went here to pick up some pizza crust to make homemade vegan pizza for dinner. This Trader Joe's is solid. I love that they have many vegan options on hand that are labeled vegan. I don't have a Trader Joe's close to where I live otherwise would probably frequent it more. I go to farmer's markets, Grocery Outlet, and Rainbow Grocery for special items. Yet I do appreciate Trader Joe's for what they offer. This is a solid Trader Joe's and worth checking out if in the area.

Haven't shopped at this Trader's Joe location in many many years. This was the location that was closest to me before they opened a store in my city. The store is part of the Powell St Plaza shopping center and parking is readily available. I was in area and decided to stop by to see if they had my Toasted Coconut Granola in stock since my store was completely out the day before. Here shortly after lunch on a weekday, the store was not crowded as some TJ's can be. Lo and behold, they had the granola in stock and the shelf was full. The check-out line was one deep and the checkout was quick and efficient. Happy to have had a good experience at this TJ's location.

The prices are reasonable, and there are some good sales too. I was able to find vegan Mochi in many different flavors including matcha and mango. I purchased the matcha flavored ones and they really brought me back to my mochi childhood memories. Along with other satisfying products, I purchased their freshly made veggie spring rolls that include layered thinly sliced avocado, shredded carrots, lettuce and cucumber. The sauce that comes with it is sweet-chili flavored, and all the ingredients for everything are simple. The presentation is nice, and the rolls are well-held together. I don't need to worry about anything falling out, so it makes this a good snack/meal for on the go. Finally, the customer service is exceptional. I felt welcome, and the place had an overall friendly atmosphere. After a day full of anxiety, it was nice to have it calm down in this grocery shop lol. Thank you Nature's Best Food employees for making this shop as special and good as it is.

I went in one night to buy a couple things. I even asked the cashier to help me find the items in the store that I was going to buy because I couldn't find them. when we're at the check out counter, he asks me if he can look inside my bag to make I sure I didn't steal anything. I ask him if he is serious. he says yes. I kindly tell him that yes he can check my bag, but that once he does he will lose a customer because I don't support businesses that racially profile customers. he says he's not racist and then proceeds to tell me stories about people stealing. I assure him I'm not a thief and that I don't care about his reasoning. if he has an issue with customers coming into the store with bags (I had 1) he should ask everyone (not only Black customers) to leave their bag at the counter while shopping. I would have left my bag at the counter without a problem if he had asked. but, again, I let him know he has my permission to look inside my bag. but that once he did, he would lose a customer. he did check my bag and got a look at my takeout box from the Korean fried chicken spot. What I was gonna buy at Nature's grocery story that evening I left on the counter and I haven't been back since. during my interaction with the cashier, a white woman walked in and shopped.q I imagine that she had no problems not if every customer is not asked to show their bags or leave their bag at the counter, it's a shame because its a block or so away from my apartment and I love the idea of supporting a mom and pop's business, but I don't support racial profiling. it happened to me, so I know other Black people have gone through it at Nature's and it's unacceptable.

The place had a farmers market/Sprouts kind of feel and carried predominantly organic produce. They have almost every type of product but maybe only 1-2 brands for each. But there's a reason for my continued patronage at this store: it slashes my grocery budget by at least 50 percent, if not more. It makes a big difference during these inflationary times. I used to stick with packaged goods, but in more recent years I've also been getting as much produce as possible at this GO. It's quite a bit less than at the other grocery store I often frequent, a family-run business in the Dimond district. It's not hard to find quality produce here, and they have a respectable amount of organics. The one thing that keeps me from giving this store a full five stars is the fact that they allow signature gatherers to set up shop by the front door, and these people thrust their their damn clipboards and pens in your face when you try to walk in. Today, when I politely declined to fork over my signature, the woman told me, "You should try to give a hoot about this," which was quite annoying. I'm not going to put my signature on something I haven't researched beforehand. These things are not always what they seem to be. In any case, I go to Grocery Outlet to do my shopping, not to debate ballot initiatives with people I do not know, and certainly not to be shamed by them when I don't give them what they want. I really, really wish the GO would not allow these signature gatherers to harass their customers, who are not there to engage in political discussions. In fact, I wish they wouldn't allow these people on the property AT ALL.
