There are 100 booths and about 75% carry interesting merchandise. Most booths were well organized. Prices are better than area antique stores. The clerks are friendly and let you wander at your own pace. Today, I left empty handed. But that's probably a good thing. I'll be back in the fall. They need to keep in mind the owner controls the facility and the vendors run their own booths. Like any flea market the prices in individuals booths vary wildly, but when I stopped in I found some bargains and some really cool costume jewelry in the main case. People YOU need to know your price points and what you are willing to pay for an item. That is the key to flea market success.

While I was there I purchased a one-of-a-kind gorgeous ring from artist Amy Boyer, I was able to learn about her processes. From Queen Bee Vintage I bought a wallet made from recycled truck tarps. I had a rich delicious pour over of Bourbon Barrel Aged coffee from The Rugged Company. I grabbed a bounty of Frittle from Newfangled Confections. I fell in love with a table made from salvaged wood from furniture artist Jason Kersh (Salvage 3). I met the creator of the Fleabots artist John Pinkerton. In addition to these gems I saw Onyx candles represented and cool items from Stray Cat and My Warped Halo Art. I also discovered some great jewelry pieces made from recycled glass and had my eyes on a beautiful handmade up-cycled leather bag. I only picture this event getting bigger as it's so new to the scene. It would be great to see the integration of all vendors on one floor or mix the vendors between both floors to improve traffic flow. I'm not sure many people were even aware there was food on the first floor. Also additional food vendors or even food trucks would be a wonderful addition.

Tried and true, this place carries great items mainly from the 1960s to the1980s. There are loads of unique and fun finds here: clothing, decor, accessories, and more. I have purchased quite a few items from them since I moved here, and I have never once been displeased with the staff or item(s) I've purchased. It is a bit tight in certain areas of the store, but the items are worth the tight squeezes. As for parking, they have a lot in front of their building with a few spots and there's another lot behind their building. If you know the area and are a good driver, you'll be able to find a parking spot with ease as it's a pretty simple set up. Just be sure to watch for the "One Way" signs. (:
