This is not your standard big box setup with booths filled with stuff that you put in your cart and take to the front to check out. Cowboy Jim's is more like an outdoor market with a roof. Each booth has an owner who may (or in our case, may not) be behind a register. This makes buying both easier (in that you can haggle) and more difficult. I found it less likely that I would look around with someone watching me and looking to chat. Also, if there's no one at a particular booth, you have to depend on another booth renter to both be able to tell you the price, since a lot of stuff isn't marked, and take your payment. Payment. Bring cash because a lot of these vendors don't take cards. There's an ATM at the front. The building itself is kind of quiet and dark. There is a decent amount of empty space where no booths had been set up as well as the high piles of stuff in others. We ended up having to go back due to no one being able to get the owner of the booth we needed on the phone. After the return, we made off with what I believe was a pretty good deal though, so there's that!

It's…read moreone of those places where you turn a corner and think you're about to hit a wall and then there's 10 other rooms of treasures hiding. Filled with genuine antiques, handmade crafts, and gently used fines, there is something for everyone here. After a fun day of touring the monastery and hitting the brewery, this was a really nice visit to round out a little road trip to Ferdinand. Just bring your ID inside because they do ask for it if you use a credit card. Thank you for doing that! And thanks for the fun finds today!

There's a good assortment of items from different eras, and a good chance each picker or collector will finds something special in the shelves and aisles. Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked about questions about the town, and recommended a great place for lunch.

Vintage Treasures seems like you've walked into a clean, but abandoned shop at first. The lower…read morefloor is unstaffed and set up with furniture and some art but is quiet, giving the feel like you aren't supposed to be there. But over in the corner are stairs that lead to the main shop which is larger than anticipated and pretty full without looking crowded. The booths are well-maintained and tidy. The cashier and only staff member was absolutely delightful and pleasant. I would go back!

Sad was wanting to come here and enjoy. Was a big disappointment to me and friends. Friend did find something that's it. Afraid the place to me and friends will be called Awesome Disappointment .
