DO NOT USE HERRIN LAW THEY WANT YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SERVICE…read more Think twice before using Herrin Law, PLLC. We have not hired them yet because he informed us that we needed to do an assessment/evaluation which was $500.00. After 2 weeks of send them documents in their junk portal not once but twice and the documents would get rejected for one reason or another. (Error1) Then they send use this: Our primary goal is to provide Jennifer and her spouse with a comprehensive evaluation of their financial situation to determine the feasibility of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.......Please keep in mind I do not know a Jennifer and that is not my wifes name (Error2) Then when we had enough and requested a refund for not every getting an assessment/evaluation this is what we got. Please keep in mind that he call customer service a chargable service, talking with an atty a chargable service, talking with legal assistant a chargable service.....I call it customer service to retain a customer....... We have reviewed your refund request and would like to clarify a few important points. As clearly stated in the Engagement Agreement that you signed, the legal fee is earned upon receipt and is non-refundable. For this reason, we are unable to grant your request for a refund. We also respectfully dispute your statement that "no service has been rendered." Since the start of your engagement, the following services have been provided: - You have had two phone conferences with the attorney regarding your case. - Our legal assistants have actively worked on your file, including monitoring your progress and following up on the documents requested for your bankruptcy evaluation. - Our customer service team has assisted you during multiple phone calls to address your questions and concerns. The delay in moving your case forward was not due to a lack of service, but rather because several documents uploaded to the portal were corrupted, and some required documents remain missing, which has prevented us from completing the evaluation at this time. At the end of the day I called another Atty and had an evaluation on the call and they did not ask for a dime. I talk to them 3 more times and not once did they ask for money.

This is a TRASH law firm. They took $12,500 from me and the only thing that they succeeded in doing…read morewas to damage my case so badly that I was exposed to a serious countersuit. They did no meaningful work and failed to meet any of their own deadlines, severely worsening my situation. I sued them for my retainer back, and they failed to show up even to defend themselves! They appealed verdicts several times, claiming that they missed deadlines because... get this...they claimed that they don't check their mail regularly! After wasting two and half years and appealing several Court verdicts they were denied further appeals, yet Kunal still refused to return my money. In the end I had to get a Writ of Execution and send Dallas County Constables TO HIS HOUSE WITH ORDERS TO EMPTY IT and sell everything to pay the judgment before this utterly amoral and unethical embarrassment to the legal profession finally paid up. Hiring Kunal or his firm will be the worst mistake that you ever make, see attached photo of the check I finally received last week from Dallas County, which only happened after Kunal had to explain to his wife and children how he screwed over his own client, BEGGING to be allowed to pay in the end rather than have his family's belongings seized and sold. Zoom in on the photo right at the top to see where it specifically states The Udeshi Law Firm. This guy is trash, and his firm is trash. Avoid both at all costs.

Can you give a negative number?…read more Save your money. Use Chatcbt to file. You get absolutely nothing else for your money I can see. They have a great number of people working for them. Only problem is by the time you get all your records you get nothing for your efforts that chatcbt can't do faster and maybe better. Bottom line in my opinion is they have a lot of people making the disabled person do all the work.

I hired your highly regarded firm to assist in the handling of my injury case, but that decision…read moreonly led to your office preventing me from going to my physical therapy appointments, negatively impacting my treatment for injuries sustained in the accident. By refusing to amend your Letter of Protection, your office declined to work with my current provider and instead tried to usher me to seek treatment elsewhere (with one of your partnering providers). During this period, comments were made regarding my current provider that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I was unable to see my caring physician for two weeks. Therefore, I thought it best to terminate your services, as they had done nothing but cause harm. When I requested the termination, it was then stated that there would be a lien placed on my settlement with the at-fault insurance company. No provision in the contract provided to me stated that such a lien would apply in the event of early termination. The contract was missing a signature from a representative of Frenkel and Frenkel, thus, according to your contract the contract was not valid or binding. Once I requested termination of Frenkel and Frenkel's services, only then was I provided with a fully executed contract, which had no date or confirmation of authentication. Raising concerns for me whether the contract was executed after my request to terminate. You have ignored my multiple attempts to reach out to you in regards to resolving this, which included a letter to my former attorney and then a Demand Letter to remove the lien, which was sent to both Frenkels and my former attorney. I called several times to initiate follow up and was still ignored. I will not be recommending Frenkel and Frenkel's services to anyone, and I will warn others not to fall victim to the same mistreatment and setbacks I experienced under your representation.
