Super cute spot and CLEAN! Pretty small.....no seating but the food is front and center. We were greeted by Aisha the owner of this cute little gem. She had so much passion when she spoke about her food.....I LOVE THAT! Super sweet and personable. We felt welcome upon entering. The food was incredible....exceeded all of my expectations. We ordered 2 of almost everything. Spanakopita, Buffalo Empanadas, Potato Samosas, Guava Cheese Pastry, Meat Filled Pastry, Cream Horns, "Ham and Cheese" Pastry, Cookies, and more empanadas. She includes heating instructions for her product....LOVE THAT! She cooks small batches to keep her product fresh throughout the day.......PASSION! Everything was incredible! Aisha is American born with Indian and Middle Eastern roots and it is front and center in her food. So much flavor! The Spanakopita was a "lemony spinachy" piece of heaven! The Cream Horn was..... WHAT!!!!! I just can't even....... I definitely suggest that you check her out! You will not be disappointed. The non-vegans will be impressed and the vegans will feel bamboozled.

After a night of fasting for a day of medical tests in Miami that ended in early afternoon, my…read morestarving friend & I raced to Hollywood Donuts so he could get the breakfast we missed. Slid in an hour before closing; many "regulars" still there, engaging with the friendly owner. I asked the waitress if they could do poached eggs? Yes, of course. Good. Poached eggs, side of feta & spinach, toasted English muffin, to make Eggs Florentine. Not on the menu, no worries, I'll pay whatever, I'll assemble it myself. She came back to ask how many poached eggs? Two please. So excited! So hungry! So sad when I was served two fried eggs. The griddle must've been really hot, because the undersides were brown and scaly. It's why I only like poached. Waitress understood, apologized. No worries, bring me two poached eggs and I'll keep the muffin, spinach, feta. Hot eggs on top will be fine. Friend went ahead and ate his eggs. No complaints. As he neared finishing, my eggs showed up. Poached attempt, but whites not cooked completely, not even hot. So disappointing. Waitress finally came back when he was done and mine were inedible. I was just so sad. The owner must've noticed because she came over and tried to make it right. Took it off the bill. Offered me donuts. I appreciated the offer but no, off the bill was fine. It was then I realized she really cared. She went above and beyond. Put together an insanely generous bag with the day's leftover bagels & a few donuts! We left with this epic haul so when I got home I made my own eggs and had it with the most delicious bagel ever! And the donuts? Amazing! It was the end of day and the griddle person was probably exhausted but I will come back, for donuts and bagels, yes, maybe even for poached eggs, but mostly just for the hospitality. An owner who cares is truly hard to find. And look no further, she's here. Five stars for the service & concern I left happy. :)

It definitely has that nostalgic, no-frills feel that gives the place some character. The donut itself was good, but it didn't taste as fresh as I would've hoped. Nothing was necessarily bad, but it also wasn't somewhere I'd go out of my way to stop at again. If I happened to be in the area and wanted a donut, sure, but it didn't leave me craving a return visit.
