We've been loyal customers of All Brand for years, and my mother has also used Dan's services…read moremultiple times. We've always tried to support this local small business, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We were given an appointment window of 12:00-2:00 PM. My husband wanted to be present to discuss an issue with our washing machine, but he was at work only about 10 minutes away. When the office called to say Dan was on his way, my husband immediately said he'd leave work and be home in about 10 minutes. The problem was that Dan arrived at least 30 minutes before our appointment window even began. Instead of waiting the 10 minutes my husband needed to get home, he became upset, saying he didn't have time to wait and that this was why he gives appointment windows. We found that response confusing, since he was the one who arrived before the agreed-upon window. We understand that service schedules can change and appreciate when technicians are ahead of schedule. However, arriving early shouldn't create an obligation for customers to be available before the scheduled window begins. We also felt that, as repeat customers who had supported the business over the years, a little courtesy and flexibility would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose a local company we've trusted for years, but professionalism and respect for customers' time matter just as much as respecting a technician's schedule.

I called and texted again on Thursday to give the benefit of the doubt before I called Lowes to file a complaint against this shoddy vendor they subcontract warranty repairs to. The gentleman on the voicemail states that it is easier to text him rather than call as he may not hear the phone ring or may be busy. Ok cool ! My wife contacted this man via text and he asked if they could speak over the phone instead. It was agreed that he would come to our residence and look at our washing machine (The following morning) that was full of water and stopped spinning/draining, leaving stagnant water at the bottom of the agitator. My daughter took off work to show him where the washer is located, but the dude was a no call no show, and my kid lost a day's wages trying to cover for mom and dad while we were at work. My wife texted him earlier that morning to confirm that he was coming but he never returned the texts (Plural). How good sir are you still in business with all of these horrible reviews all leading to the same conclusion? It's called common courtesy and professionalism to respond to paying customers. Lowes has been contacted and advised to take you off of their recommended contractor list, as you have "Given them a black eye in regards to customer service or satisfaction." And that is their words. -Cmon mann, !!!
